They cancelled on me 5 hours before without giving me a refund

1.00I was traveling alone and excited for the tour. Five hours before, I got a message that the tour was cancelled.i understand that happens. But the person who reaches out to me asked me to cancel the tour. However, the policy states I need to cancel 48 hours before to for my refund, and I was not notified be one cancelling the tour. I asked Dinah to please issue my refund and it was never issued. I had to dispute the charge.

5.00Absolutely wonderful experience! My husband and I went on this trip as a special 60th birthday celebration, made extra special being a private tour with a very enthusiastic guide. Wonderful contrast of small growers to the bigger names, with champagnes we would otherwise not get the opportunity to try. I would highly recommend this trip!
