What an absolutely brilliant day! Kwame was interesting, knowledgeable, fun and a great host. The food and drink was all fantastic and the fact kwame tailored it and gave us different options made it even more enjoyable. The gifts were an extra unexpected surprise and really did make us feel so valued. A great trip I would recommend anyone visiting Antigua to do! Thanks Kwame!!!

We were recommended this tour by some other fellow travellers and it was amazing - I couldn’t recommend it more highly! We were a group of four and Kwame (our exceptional host) was incredibly knowledgeable of the local eats, adapting the tour to the preferences of the group. We stopped in so many places for tastings, so we also got to see some beautiful locations with stunning views. We had very full bellies by the end. Kwame’s lovely and warm manner really made the tour extra special, he was a pleasure to spend time with. I wish I could rate this tour higher than 5 stars!

This was one of the most personalized food tours we’ve ever done. Kwame is not only a wonderful human but has a gift as a food guide. We went to so many spots that were hidden treasures to us. I would recommend doing this tour early after arrival in Antigua as he gives many tips on things to do and places to go.

We really loved our experience. Our guide took great care in selecting the restaurants and shops, allowing us to better appreciate all that Antigua has to offer. The food was delicious, and the personal touches were more than expected. The usual language barrier (we don't speak Spanish) was nonexistent as our guide spoke American English and Spanish fluently. I highly recommend this tour!

Great experience that gave us an overview of the local dining and drink scene. I wish we had done it when we first arrived! We got to hit a cple of local restaurants and Kwame clearly knew what to order. In addition we popped into a local candy shop (they don't sell owls so don't ask 😁) and tea store. We ended up going to one of the speakeasy's we stopped by later that evening! One thing to note. Kwame was up front asking if we had a hard stop at 3 hours. Our plans were flexible so we let him know we had time. The tour ended up going for a full five hours so be explicit if you have time restrictions! Definitely recommend taking the time early in your trip and it can help guide the rest of your stay!

This tour was a fun & delicious way to see Antigua. Kwame was kind, knowledgeable, and eager to tailor the tour to our group’s liking. He took us to a wonderful variety of restaurants, hidden gems, spectacular views, and quaint places. Every stop was special in a different way and the tour has something for everyone. It moved at a leisurely pace (our request) and we truly enjoyed getting to know Kwame while we explored the city.

Of hundreds of tours I’ve taken all over the world, food and otherwise, Kwame’s food tour of Antigua Guatemala might be the best. Kwame is brilliant and knowledgeable and kind and generous with his food and his time. This was a remarkable and delicious experience with a tremendous guide that you simply cannot miss.

Kwame took us on an awesome journey through Antigua. We learned so much about Antigua’s food, culture, history, and discovered so many hidden gems we never would have found on our own. Every stop brought us a new experience, story, and memory. This food tour is definitely worth the money- there is so much food to try. We recommend you schedule it at the start of your time in Antigua because you’re definitely going to want to go back to many of the stops on this tour!
