This bike tour needs more experienced guides, with more focus on the route. Simply riding in front of a group and describing a landmark or two does not make a guide. Sharing road hazards and knowing the route does. I have an Aventon 500, and have ridden for years, and all over the world, including major cities (Rome, Montreal, Interlaken, New Orleans, etc.). Our guide did not forewarn of his intent to jump curbs, ride on pedestrian ways or encounter blind curves / hills (coming off a walled bridge, turning immediately uphill). He was arrogant, defensive and rude, rather than helpful at guiding. There were just 4 of us on the tour. Two unrelated participants stopped early on to protest the route, and one (unknown to me) said: "You are going to get us killed". I can guess that that guide has more injuries on his rides than any other in the city. Cannot speak for the tour rating itself, as we spent that next 6 hours in the ER. And the next 8 mos. recovering from a crushed wrist. The outfit emailed the disclaimer while we waited to have bones set, to ensure we knew they were not liable for their substandard "guiding". Perhaps they have relegated that guide to a desk job. Perhaps they do not care what happens to paying customers.

We spent a Sunday morning with Indi for our E-bike tour. She was very friendly and accommodating. It’s a great way to see the city and particularly get to Vigeland Park since it’s a good distance away from the main part of Oslo.

What a fun tour! Our guide Tim was so good too…..such a personable and highly engaging young man. He looked out for our safety throughout the tour and we both came away knowing much more about the landmarks we visited than before. He also went above and beyond sharing additional information as to sites to see on our return walk back to our ship. The bikes were amazing too - comfortable, easy to ride and the pedal assist made the ride more than manageable, almost to a fault. In total, we cycled just over 8 miles. Great day overall!

No body was in their office . No body answer phone call . 2 hours waiting in front of their office . No any note in advance . I never seen such a tour company . They destroyed one day of my trip in Oslo .

A wonderful way to see Oslo best sights and the city. Our guide Tim was absolutely outstanding in guiding us, keeping us safe and managed the pacing just right with enough time for sightseeing stops, photos and bathroom breaks. Very pleased with our ride! Thank you Tim!!

Pending review which I will leave As a copy on both 😞 The city tour itself was “okay.” The young man/guide was very pleasant, but we had very limited information throughout the tour, with very few stops. We regularly do city tours on holiday and they are often the highlight, but this one lacked depth. We would have preferred much more historical, cultural, and general storytelling about the city. On a positive note, the city felt very safe, and the roads and cycling infrastructure were excellent. However, my main reason for the low rating is the booking and management experience. I initially booked while on a train but did not receive confirmation and could not see the booking when I checked later, so I assumed it had not gone through. I believed I had selected the wrong date (Friday instead of Saturday), so I rebooked for Saturday. The second booking appeared on the system shortly after. I then received a phone call from the company to confirm the Saturday booking, and at that time I clearly stated I was booked for 10:30 on Saturday. At no point during this call did they mention I had two bookings or question it, even though they clearly had visibility of both. Later, I was asked for a review and it emerged I had created two bookings using two separate accounts. I explained the situation and was told by Viator that a refund could be issued if the operator agreed to waive commissions and charges. Despite this, only around a 25% refund was provided. I contacted the company several times afterwards. The owner repeatedly said he would look into it but did not return calls or follow through, and the issue was not resolved. Given that this was a significant amount of money, and that there was an opportunity to clarify the duplicate booking during the initial call, I feel the outcome was unfair, especially as we still paid for and attended the tour.

We had a tour with Tim yesterday and it was great. I was a bit nervous of riding in the road but felt very safe with Tim. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Was a great morning, thoroughly enjoyed it and thoroughly recommend it.

As a group of 6 we were looking forward to meeting what we expected to be our friendly informative guide and to have fun on a guided e-bike tour of Oslo - this was not to be. From the start Lisa made us feel unwelcome and while continuously patronising us proceeded to bring out e-bikes with flat tires and flat batteries. It was clear the bikes had not been checked or prepped prior to our arrival. We made the decision that we could not tolerate the thought of spending 2-3 hours with our guide and made the decision to abort the tour even before we got out of the car park! Our guide made no attempt to rectify the situation, I assume she had somewhere else to be and we had done her a favour! Avoid!

Definitely not for a first time e-bike rider. Bikes were not prepped beforehand - first bike had a flat tyre, second one did not have winter tyres. I was not given enough practice and was not encouraged to keep practicing even if it ate into our tour time. The guide was rude, felt that she didn’t want to be with us and spending 2-3 hours with her attitude would not have been a pleasant experience. We aborted the tour. Rather than speak to me about her concerns whilst i was practicing in the car park she chose to go to our group asking ‘whose wife is that’. I did not expect this attitude from a fellow female in 2025. Avoid avoid avoid.
