All staff were helpful and wonderfully friendly. My 4pm tour guide on 8/5/26 did not have any attendees gushing praise or thanks to her, as I noticed other guides had received. She poured my drinks in the room with 2 square bars. I had ordered exactly the same cocktail that my friend next to me had ordered (we had met on the tour). Mine was less than half the size of my friend’s and brought this to the tour guide’s attention. Her response was that it was all due to how the ice fell but a couple of ice cubes were also lmassively protruding out of my barely 2cm deep drink. I had put my friend’s same cocktail next to mine for her to clearly see the difference when she responded that it was how the ice fell. I caught up with her after the tour as well since her response was dismissive but she was the same and again only saying,” it’s how the ice falls.”, then rushing off without a check on if I was happy with that response and no apology. I raised my issue with another guide (Antoin) whose guests were those that gushed praises to him on their goodbyes and I waited while this happened. I wanted to speak to someone I felt would listen and willing to help. He listened patiently and with good cheer and an apology. I couldn’t have asked for better service- this was what I wanted! He offered to get Patrick who was his manager but after recounting my concern twice I did not have the time to wait and relay it again. I asked Antoin to raise this issue to Patrick for me and thanked him.

Just amazing. Highly recommended. The story tellling is really cool with lots of cool effects. You also get 3 drinks of your choice.. so that’s nice. The second time when the drinks are offered, I recommend old school spicy and smoky

Johnnie Walker has spent a lot of time and money creating this engaging experience. I learned about the history and development of the whisky. I Loved the cocktails they created for me to sample! Fun afternoon

So much fun! I really enjoyed all performances and Jack was amazing. Give him a raise and a better employee discount- like 30% because he was really sweet and informative! I learned a lot. Julie was FANTASTICAL! Such a fun experience.

Really engaging, very informative of the history behind the whiskey and the flavourings. Really enjoyed it and well worth the money for tbe experience and drinks. Jack, Minnie and Monchi were fantastic. We also arrived a bit earlier and the host was very attentive and slotted us in to an earlier tok so we didnt have to wait. Very attentive

I really enjoyed the theatrical portion of the experience! I’ve never drank whisky and never tried Johnny Walker before but think that I will order it in the future. The employees are wonderful and so friendly as well!

Xigd was our tour presenter and she was fantastic! MH dad is 92 and hard of hearing so I asked if she would wear a microphone around her neck that links to my dads hearing aids and she was so lovely about this and did it for the whole tour meaning my dad heard everything she said. Meant the world to us all. Her knowledge was incredible and she was wonderful sharing information with us. The visuals of the tour are spectacular and I would highly recommend this to everyone!

Overall a great experience. Interesting insights shared on the history of JW. The tasting was a good experience, a modern take on whiskey/scotch drinking. Lessons: You cannot go on the tasting if you are driving. It is not allowed. So take a tram or bus which drops you off right there. Special call out to Tom in the retail section. He is 75 years old but an amazing gentleman who is 21 in spirit. Thanks Tom for the engraved canister! Stay Strong.
