1.00Extremely poor service from tour operator. Sent a WhatsApp message that pick up would be 7:45pm from hotel security gate. Was there 15 minutes before and no sign of transportation. Driver calls at 7:55pm asking where we were and I explained at the security gate as requested. Another 5 minutes go by and still no transport so a short message to to say we were at the security gate. 2 minutes later a message to me asking if we were at the security gate? Replying yes to this and I'm then asked to provide a photo so at 8.05pm I send a photo of the hotel sign in front of security gate. Another 5 minutes elapse and I get a message saying 'Did you buy it?' I reply 'Buy what?' and then get sent a photo of the bus which turns out is outside the hotel main entrance and would have driven past us to get there. So at 8.15pm the driver has driven to exit the hotel and sees us. As we cross the road he is tapping his watch suggesting we are late and embarrassing us in front of 8 other passengers. Apology received from tour operator after contacting them through Viator, however upon the checking, original trip states commencing at 6pm so despite the lateness on pickup we we short changed by 1.75 hours without the lateness. Avoid this one sadly, first ever bad experience on Viator and there's been many previous bookings.
