Really enjoyed this personal tour with David. As former student he was very knowledgeable and clued in on Cambridge U lifestyle and history. Especially enjoyed getting to see Cavendish lab site and story about Watson and Crick (Crick and Watson if you are a Brit!) and their pub. If you enjoy a quirky sense of humor and friendly, fun time, we highly recommend!

If you don't know your way around Cambridge, it's a first visit or you're looking to understand more about Cambridge, this is a wonderful introduction to the history and importance of this University City. David our guide was passionate, friendly, thoughtful, humorous, engaging and responsive. A lovely human being - this is obviously not just a job for him and this clearly came across with the care shown in presenting the development and significance of Cambridge as we visited a variety of sites and Colleges. (He also showed a great deal of care for his audience too 👍) My wife was visiting the City for the first time; me, I'd been visiting occasionally over 25 years. Suffice to say, my wife loved the tour and I too gained amazingly clear insights and experienced times of deep emotion as David presented one explanation after another which were at moments surprising and even moving. Being an ex student, David is the perfect guide. Don't hesitate to book - great value for money, memorable and enjoyable. Thank you David, we loved it 👍
