Since we start the collections in Valencia until we return from the Albufera, it has an estimated duration of 4 hours.
We will not bathe on the beach or lake in this activity.
Throughout the year, we recommend that clients bring a jacket, sweater or sweatshirt for the boat ride, since at sunset it can get cold.
You can take your own food but you can't eat on the bus, you can only eat on the boat ride.
This activity does not have free time. Only 5 minutes to use the bathroom before taking the boat ride.
You have booked this experience: transportation from various pick-up points + excursion led by an official guide in the selected language + reservation management for the boat ride guaranteeing availability. (Bus + guide + management of reservations, so that you only worry about having a good time!)
The return transportation is included. With the same pick-up stops.
If you make the check out of your hotel you can take your luggage, as long as it is a cabin suitcase or a small backpack. You must notify us to guarantee space.
If you go at the afternoon: the schedule is approximated, we go to the best time to see the sunset from the lake (could change your pick up time 5 or 10 minutes)

El Saler
We'll pick you up from the meeting point and head to the Albufera lake, just ten kilometres away from Valencia. We'll be making several stops during this activity. We'll visit El Saler to admire some virgin dunes, as well its beach and the Mediterranean sea. An unique enviroment.

5.00Breathtaking scenery of Coves de Sant Josep combined with great stories about Valencia region told by Monika were definitely a highlight of our trip. I strongly recommend this 4-hour long activity while visiting Valencia. Some might consider it pricey, but we went to Valencia by plane and having the luxury of being driven to the Coves was totally worth it. Especially with Monika and her insights on history, culture and everyday life in Valencia.

5.00We wanted to see more than the city of Valencia. This is a wonderful derful trip to see the natural beauty this region has to offer. There is a lot of history and change that has taken place in Albufera and we had the best guide to explain it all to us. Anais was our driver and our guide. She was so passionate about the preservation of this area and her passion made this trip so memorable. This is not just a boat ride through the lagoon. We stopped at a roadside park to get our first view, then we went on to where we could walk and learn about the birds and wildlife that call this area home. Next we stopped at a typical home and saw how fisherman and families lived many years ago. Our last stop was for the boat ride. An hour long ride filled with information about the fisherman of the area and a beautiful sunset. Book this tour and hopefully you will be lucky enough to get Anais.

5.00This is an excellent tour. Four hours from the city to Albufera and return. Our guide Anais was brilliant - highly knowledgeable, friendly, helpful. She is a Valencian! Tour takes in multiple stops to allow you to learn about the natural park, as well as taking a boat tour on the lagoon. Superb!

5.00I had already been to Valencia once and no one had taken me to the Albufera. How did I miss it?!! This natural park is really amazing... The guide was nice, attentive and with a lot of knowledge. Also we brought the kids and they had a great time: bird watching, boat ride... all beautiful. Highly recommended if you come to Valencia, and they also gave us great tips on what to do in the following days and, above all, where to eat the best paella in the city! Thank you!!!

5.00Exceptional tour! Our guide Monika introduced us to the soul of Valencia, starting from the Arab origins of the Albufera and the importance of rice cultivation. It was fascinating to visit the interior of a Barraca, the typical fishermen's house: a real dive into local history. The tour then continued with a beautiful walk on the park's wild beach and a relaxing boat ride on the lake. Monika is extremely knowledgeable and makes every detail interesting. Highly recommended for those looking for an authentic experience!

4.00pick-up was on time. At the first stop is wasn’t made clear when we got off the bus that we would be there for a while. If we had known we would have taken our coats. Ground was uneven in places so comfortable shoes needed & if you’re bitten easily take mosquito spray! Unfortunate we weren’t taken to ‘Visit a traditional Valencian “barraca”: the iconic thatched house of the Albufera region’ as advertised! This trip would have been easily done without a guide
