We were so glad to have found this experience, Juliana was an excellent guide, full of the knowledge of history of this interesting and unique culture. The house was full of precious artefacts presented well. We paid extra to dress up in kebaya (traditional clothing). Wonderful pearl of an experience tucked away in busy Singapore, not to be missed!

It is a must must must to visit. It’s better than the national peranakan museum in the city and other private museums around. It’s got everything you need to see and know and understand and appreciate deeply about this unique culture. Pls visit them. You won’t regret.

what a great immersive experience! insightful (but not too dry) history lesson followed on by tasting yummy kuehs and tea, and then having our own photoshoots in the traditional peranakan outfits. They have a real-life museum and everything is 200years+ old and you can touch and see them. Learnt a lot about the Peranakan culture and would definitely recommend :)

Use culture pass for this experience as it seemed to cover a good range of activities, great for girls outing. 4hours duration is just right. Exhibits of vintage peranakan items and garments are beautiful. Introduction part was abit too long, hope to allocate instead more time for beading. Overall staffs are friendly. Dressing up in kebaya is fun.
