This all-inclusive cruise offers an intimate experience, with a maximum of 24 guests on board.
Cruise includes a delicious sharing platter with Dutch cheeses, nuts, olives, and cheese sticks. A self-service open bar is available on board with local craft beers, European quality wines, soft drinks, and juices.
For the Ultimate Canal Cruise, we primarily use our luxury boats Stan Huygens and Pure Spirit, see description.
Stan Huygens:
• Iconic yacht of the canals originally favorited and chartered weekly by Freddy Heineken
• Maximum 24 guests
• Live guiding by your host and captain
• Open bar service by your host
• Windows and sunroof open / closed depending on weather.
Pure Spirit:
• Beautifully restored classic launch
• Maximum 16 guests
• Live guiding by your captain
• Self service open bar – your captain will serve the first round and allow you to help yourself to the rest.
• (Semi) open boat. Depending on the weather the Pure Spirit will be open, or covered by a modular canopy.

We begin the adventure in the beautiful Jordaan; one of our favourite districts away from the crowds.
Amsterdam Canal Ring
Your captain will explain to you the history and heritage of the age old canals of Amsterdam, with its beautiful canal side houses. On the 2 hour cruise you can see the larger main canals with the grand mansions, as well as the river Amstel and the smaller canals with beautiful views such as the Raamgracht. We tailor the route on the weather and the time of day but of course we can also include your wishes and ideas, so don't hesitate to let the captain know!

5.00We did the 7 pm evening tour on the Stan Hguyens and it was an amazing experience. Sitting at the back of the boat, we got the best views as we cruised around Amsterdam for 2 hours. It ended up being a small group that evening, so the tour felt very intimate. The drinks & snacks were delicious and the stories about Amsterdam were great to hear in between sight-seeing. The guides provided great insight to the city and gave some wonderful recommendations on restaurants and activities. While in Amsterdam, we did both a daytime and evening cruise and they were both wonderful experiences, offering different views of Amsterdam. The nighttime one was neat because the bridges are all lit up. The boat itself was gorgeous and it had the added benefit of a toilet on board! Highly recommend this tour & boat.

5.00We visited Amsterdam in mid-March and booked the early morning canal cruise online before travelling – really easy to do and the payment process was smooth. The boat itself was exceptional – spotless, beautifully maintained and genuinely luxurious. The captain was friendly, knowledgeable and made the whole experience really enjoyable without overdoing the commentary. We enjoyed it so much that we booked again for the Ultimate Canal Cruise in the evening. Completely different atmosphere, a different boat, but exactly the same high standards and attention to detail. Both trips were highlights of our time in Amsterdam. Highly recommended – we wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

5.00The most relaxing cruise available in the canal district. You are never on a boat with more than 16 people and our particular cruise was only three couples including us. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Amsterdam!

5.00Excellent boat tour. Our guide and captain was Robert who was very knowledgeable and friendly. He also answered loads of our off piste questions about the city so it wasn’t scripted. 🤩 The drinks were top notch, great snacks and the boat was clean and comfortable. We went as a couple and there were 6 passengers in total. Quiet and chilled. Definitely recommend 🙌🏻 Thank you.

5.00Such a great afternoon! We stayed in Canal House right by Pure Boats which worked really well. There were 6 of us on the boat “Lucy”. She was a beautiful boat and the Captain was interesting, informative and fun. It was a joy to experience Amsterdam from the water and Pure Boats definitely have some of the best boats and Captains on the water!

3.00I booked this for my sister and I because i have taken canal tours on other visits to Amsterdam and thought it would be a fun way for my sister to see the city and learn more about it’s history. The boat itself was very nice but there was barely any commentary and we mostly just cruised around like a floating cocktail party. We were seated at a banquette table with 1 other person with one plate of snacks (cheese, crackers, grapes, olives, nuts, cookies) for the table. The man seated with us looked very dirty (greasy hair, dirty clothes) and he proceeded to touch everything on the plate. My sister and I didn’t want to even touch any of the food after he fingered everything. Very disappointed and, for the price, and i thought we should have been given a plate for the 2 of us. The tour hostess/commentator, was a young woman from Hungary who had been in Amsterdam for 3 years (student). She was pleasant but offered only minimal commentary on what we were seeing and very little history of the city. I wanted to treat my sister to a special experience and was very disappointed.
