We signed up for this tour on a whim, to better understand the history of Galway. Throughout our tour, Sean was very passionate, and knowledgeable on all aspects of Galway, Ireland, the Irish language, etc. We learned so much. And now want to know more. We found “the long walk” where my wife’s family departed Galway, generations ago. That was very interesting. I would definitely want to do a more in-depth tour of the rest of Galway with Sean, should the opportunity be available. We would also be interested in the tasting tour of Galway.

John was a fantastic tour. He told stories and gave a good overall introduction to Galway. He is interesting and fun. Offered to answer any questions and helped with orientation of the city for a newcomer.

Our tour with Zoe was excellent. She was knowledgeable, friendly and had a great sense of humor. Her passion for her Irish identity and culture was palpable and her knowledge of history was also superb. She paced the tour perfectly for two older couples and was all too happy to make restaurant and music recommendations. The tour was very reasonably priced and well worth it. Highly recommend Zoe and this tour!!

Definitely worth booking this tour while you’re in Galway. Conor was a fantastic guide! He took us round the city in 90 minutes and told us so much about the history of this wonderful city. We stopped around 8 times - Conor was extremely informative, friendly and a credit to this company. A perfect morning!
