Earn your wings on this fresh Buffalo food tour with samples of Buffalo's tastiest chicken wings. We’ll dive deep into the history of Buffalo’s most famous and misunderstood dish and attempt to answer the question, “Who was the true inventor of the first Buffalo Wing?”.

The tour begins with a visit with Lina Brown Young, daughter Buffalo’s original King Of Wings, who shares personal photos, stories, and her dad’s long-lost mumbo wing recipe, which had been unavailable for 23 years.

We’ll continue with a stop at the Anchor Bar, where we’ll learn the wild story of how their wings were born by accident and sample their classic Buffalo Wing. The tour concludes with a visit to Tiny Thai, where we’ll sample a legendary recipe that connects the past, present, and future of chicken wings.

Experience the tour that’s been featured by the Food Network, NY Times, and Vice Media, and learn how an American food icon came to be.

* Tour stops subject to change. Ride is 9-10 miles.

We found this amazing gem of an experience. Mark from Buffalo Bike Tours took us on a culinary adventure of Buffalo’s wing establishments. We also got an excellent historical tour, and a few musical interludes. This adventure gave me a taste for food bike tours…..
