It is worth going. Sissy Giannakaki was my tour guide and she was fantastic. She was so full of positive energy. She had great info that she shared about history, mythology, and the geography of the area. I really enjoyed her personality. A great tour guide can really make the difference and I LOVED this tour. I highly recommend her and this day trip in general. I loved every part of it, the nature hike, the archaeological park, the traditional town had great little neighborhoods on the hills. I had such a great time. Also, try and check out the Temple of Isis at Dion. It's easily my favorite part of the park.

Incredible experience at history, tradition and curiosities about the Olympus. When visiting Thessa and Makedonia it’s a must going place to know. And our guide was amazing, o Γιάννης

Nice experience. Good value for money. Some rough trekking in Mount Olympus Park and there could be some safety precautions. Otherwise great. Eva (I think that is her name in short, don't know the long version) was an absolutely fantastic guide. Fully recommended.

Was absolutely fantastic, we got some great memories from our trip. For me, it was the highlight of our holiday (apart from the great Greek food of course!). I'd like to see the tour improve further though. As with most bus speaker systems, you can't really hear the tour guide. (The speaker are just really bad quality is all). To get over this and to give the tour an added touch, consider giving each passenger a sort of goodie bag, summarising the things that the tour guide is talking about at each point. The idea would be, that we (the passengers) and follow along even if we can't hear every word. Could also include a small souvenier in the gift bag? Would be happy to pay a bit more for the tour to cover these costs. The free water at the end was also a very nice touch.
