A lovely aquarium- my children especially loved the jellyfish and the shark tank was a brilliant size. We visited for about 1.5 hrs and would probably have stayed longer but it was a rainy day and so we did not visit the gardens/outside area. The staff were keen to engage and answer questions (even from an over enthusiastic 4 year old). A great trip, would recommend.

It was raining so we looked online a booked a ticket. It said there was a person limit in each time slot. We arrived for our time slot and then had to queue in the rain for 15 minutes even with a ticket. There were lots of people queuing in another queue with no tickets. The traffic to get there was terrible as it was so busy. We go inside the centre to see massive amounts of people. Shoulder to shoulder. We had to que at every tank for about 5/10 minutes with people pushing in and pushing in general. My 9 year old daughter was pushed, stepped on, hit with backpacks. It was also to my wife and I. I went to talk to the staff and he said it gets busy when it rains. He said it would get quieter after 1. I said it would not as there was a massive que. he told me to come back another day and I said we are leaving so cannot. I said on website it says limited numbers and he just laughed. No child should be scared and physically assaulted like this. I complained in writing to the centre and they didn’t even respond. Pure commercial greed and don’t care about the safety of the kids

Palma Aquarium was an amazing experience! The exhibits are beautifully designed, and there’s such a wide variety of marine life to see — from colorful coral reefs to sharks and turtles. The place is clean, well-organized, and perfect for both adults and kids. The staff were friendly and helpful, and you can tell they really care about the animals. The only downside is that the prices are a bit high, especially for pictures and souvenirs, but overall it’s absolutely worth visiting. A great place to spend a few hours and learn more about the ocean!

The aquarium is beautiful, it is to be done 👍 bravo for the cleanliness and varieties 😍 On the other hand, I don’t recommend for the price (vision shark) we see very well the sharks inside above it is not the same effect.... (30th for 3 people barely 10min to see 2 sharks on top is a lot) the options are expensive.

A very nice aquarium with a 3D cinema. The explanations are listed in 3 languages Spanish English and German. There is also a VR station where you can swim with sharks or rays.

To many extra virtual tours. We went there to see sea life, not movies. Very crowded. Too little parking places. But it was a nice experience.

Very nice, nice aquarium , well cared for , the restaurant was fine , good food , but the downside was the indoor playground , you have to come in as a parent and then you sit in a corner drummed , where you can not get anything from water or soft drinks , you have to pay 1 € for stockings , the lady at the entrance was not really friendly , children alone are not allowed in because they are not 'care ' , well then I pass ... do I go on the beach with my children or grandchildren

We had planned this for our 1st afternoon in mallorca as it was walking distance from our hotel. We were surprised by it's size and all the different sections. We got a great discount with going after 2pm, so it worked out at €45. This included the 3d aquadome experience to watch the whales. We also paid extra for the VR Dolphin experience. We throughly enjoyed a few hours exploring

Decided to go here on a free day when the weather wasn’t amazing. Really enjoy aquariums usually - they’re calm, and informative. This visit however was neither of those. The place was so packed with people, especially toddlers, there were buggies absolutely everywhere, almost tripped over them so many times. Felt more like a crèche with fish than an aquarium. Was really looking forward to this and felt pretty let down unfortunately. They do have a nice selection of animals with some large aquariums. But between the screaming children and barrage of buggies it was hard to take those moments in.

Loved it, went with our 2.5 year old who was free, we went on a rainy day so understandably it was very busy. It's more than just an aquarium, there's the usual tanks with an array of fish, shellfish, coral and plant life, as well as interactive exhibits and other extras you can pay for. They have a playpark outside which is a big wooden pirate ship, as well as a pirate ship inflatable slide and a small water fountain for little ones to cool off, as well as gardens to walk around and appreciate the turtles, stingrays and the marine nursery. Inside there was a soft play but that's for 3+. We ate at the restaurant that is also a cafe, and the food has no business being that good at an attraction like this! It's not cheap, but normally food at places like this is ok at best, we were surprised at the high quality of food. We didn't eat at the jellyfish restaurant. There is a huge tank which has several species of shark which was good to observe for a while. We've done Sealife Scarborough, the aquarium at Skegness as well as the The Deep at Hull, and Palma Aquarium is hands down our favourite aquarium we have visited.
