You must enter the park within your reserved time slot. Late entry is not permitted, and tickets are non-refundable.
A strict real-name registration policy is enforced. You are responsible for any issues or denied entry resulting from incorrect personal information.
Prohibited items include glass cups, thermoses, lighters, and walking sticks. High heels are not allowed on the Glass Bridge. Please store these items in advance to avoid delays.
The park may close temporarily due to severe weather (e.g., strong winds, heavy rain, snow, or ice). In such cases, tickets will be fully refunded, but no additional compensation will be provided. Thank you for your understanding.
