1.00I believe it's so unfair to charge people about EUR 120 for a EUR21 ticket. The argument of the last minute does not make any sense at all. For such a price, it's even possible to get a Tour guide. People should stay away from this kind of offer as there is no added value. You can get a ticket on the same day, especially if you are going on a solo tour.

5.00The Alhambra was absolutely stunning! I booked my ticket very late — around 1:00 a.m. — and by the time I arrived at the palace, the tickets were almost impossible to find anywhere. Thanks to Tripadvisor, I was able to get one just in time around 2:00 p.m. Yes, the price was higher because of my late booking, but it was totally worth it. Without Tripadvisor, we wouldn’t have been able to enter at all. Truly grateful for this experience!

3.00Granada and the Alhambra were not initially part of our Spain itinerary, so we hadn’t purchased tickets in advance. Tickets sell fast, so we were excited to find a last-minute visit available from this operator. While we eventually did gain access to the monument, this experience was chaotic at best. We were originally told we’d gain access at 12pm; when we arrived at 12pm, we had to proactively contact our tour operator to inquire where our tickets were. We were told that our access time had been changed to 3:30pm. When we arrived back at the Alhambra at 3:25pm and had not yet received tickets, we had to contact the tour operator again who told us to “just wait.” Around 3:45, we were told that our entry time had been changed to 5pm. We were finally able to gain access to the monument but we spent the entirety of our day cancelling other tours and plans we had made to accommodate this operator. Had there been at least an attempt at better communication, I’d give more stars.

3.00This is one way to get a last minute ticket to the Alhambra. We needed a last minute ticket and we’re only going to be in town for less than 20 hours. Viator had to help with the ticket delivery in the end because the tour company was not responsive messaging. I checked in with them and asked for an afternoon ticket since we were arriving to Granada at noon the same day. It took them two days to respond via message but they did accommodate the request. The ticket arrived at 9PM the night before. Unfortunately the PDF file format was bad and I could not open it on any device. I messaged them the day of and they were UNRESPONSIVE :( This was a very expensive ticket and this was very disappointing and stressful. In the end I had to reach out to Viator to get help and they were able to send me a link (somehow?) to my ticket. You can try to get last minute tickets the night before yourself online if you ware willing to sit at your computer and refresh the browser as they do release some number for groups that no show, etc. but it may not be 100% When I came 5 years ago, we were able to get an early morning ticket by showing up first thing. In our case this time bc we were here for less than 24 hours and not willing to risk it, these options wouldn’t work for us but if you’re here more than one day, I would say go for it and save your money. 21 vs 220 Euro is ouch!

1.00I was on a tour and our bus left at 1:30. I explained this to TripAdvisor and asked for a noon entrance to the Palace. They took my money and I waited for my ticket. It had a 4:30 time slot. Why did they not give my money back when I gave them a time window and they were not able to comply? This is a scam, run away!

1.00They didn’t send any tickets to me just be careful about that. I got 12pm ticket and when I got there they told me that they can’t send the tickets for 12pm.
