5.00Our tour guide cancelled on us last minute and they came to the rescue. We only had one day left. The tickets were entry to the palace while it was *8 the price it was worth it! The team worked very hard to get us the tickets!

4.00Everything was as promised. The tickets were sold out for several days, and I had the opportunity to buy these tickets, or not visit Alhambra at all. It was quite expensive, over 3 times as much the normal price. There were no meeting required. I toured the Alhambra solo.

5.00Amazing , I decided last minute to go and I found a ticket here. Highly recommended if you don’t want to miss out on the Narsid Palace. The only downside is that it’s a bit pricey compared to the official website
I am glad I used Viator for all my experiences as when issue came up they resolved it no questions asked

2.00Alhambra and palaces really worth it, but for 2 people booked a ticket, group of 10 people, amount 221 euros. Only upon obtaining voucher and tickets we saw that we did not have a guide. So really paid this amount, just for entrance, cost according to tickets, 18 euros So our guide, Robert, has earned easy money from home. Idiotically high amount for walking around the very busy Alhambra. 09.30 we had to be there, well, not for him. 10.30 we were allowed in the palace Just for that reservation so much paid, apparently, his listed phone number, of course, no existing number. We made some of it.,,But feel screwed, and could have saved a lot, without Robert from Viator
