5.00My father and I did a private tour with Alejandro, and we were truly impressed by his vast knowledge of Mayan history, Guatemalan history, as well as the local insects, plants, and animals. We booked a full day with him, including both the sunrise and sunset tours, and it was absolutely worth it. Alejandro communicated clearly in excellent English and had thoughtful, detailed answers to all of our questions. Along the way, we saw many animals—both large and small—and it seemed like he knew all the hidden spots where wildlife likes to appear. His passion for sharing his knowledge really stood out. Breakfast and lunch were included and kept us energized throughout the long day. We highly recommend booking the full-day tour (sunrise and sunset experiences) with Tikal Go for an unforgettable experience.

5.00We had one extra day in Guatemala and took advantage of it by booking this trip. It ended up being the highlight of the trip! VERY well organized company. Messages starting the day before. Our guide Relo was absolutely amazing. So knowledgeable and engaging. He was open to questions and engaged well with our kids. Although it was a long, HOT day there were very few mosquitos. We had a little over 3 hours in the park and loved every hot sweaty minute of it! Wholeheartedly recommend visiting Tikal with Tikal Go!

5.00The purchase of the package through the company website was simple, where everything is very detailed and unambiguous. Customer service in advance (via chat with Brayan) was quick and effective, as due to flight cancellation by Avianca we had to modify the date of our Reservation. Our private tour was not the VIP PACKAGE, but the “TIKAL EXCLUSIVE FROM GUATEMALA”, which included transfer from our hotel in Guatemala City to La Aurora airport (and return to the night), the roundtrip flights from C from Guatemala to Flores, an exclusive Guide and driver in a very comfortable van from the airport in Flores to Tikal Park, entrance fees to the archaeological site, lunch in a restaurant within the Park based on 5 predetermined menus with a non-alcoholic beverage, and back in Flores the possibility of touring the island freely or staying at the company’s premises until the time of the transfer to the airport to return to C de G, pleasant place with air conditioning, water and coffee. As it began to rain torrentially, we felt like walking around the island. But the most important thing was our very Pro Private Guide Henry, who had the right measure to give us explanations of what we were seeing, without reloading with information, answering our questions, giving free time in some places to better absorb what our eyes saw and taking shortcuts along paths inside the park to shorten the walks. Highly recommended both Package and Guide (although this will obviously depend on Tikal Go demand and availability). Due to the above, although the price of the tour is high, it has a very good value for money.

5.00If you need a tour company in Guatemala Tikal Go is the BEST option! They were amazing every step of the way. They customized a trip for our group, had perfect communication, delivered everything they promised above and beyond! Their vans are really nice and spacious which was great for our group. Julio, who was our guide in Tikal, had so much wonderful information about the park and history of the Mayan culture. We were so happy with our experience with Tikal Go.

5.00Everything is excellent. Elvin very good guide, very friendly and shared a lot of interesting knowledge. We went at 6am which allowed us to tour Tikal calmly, with few people and without the oppressive heat of midday. The place is spectacular, it is impressive to be in that jungle surrounded by so much vegetation and buildings that have survived so many centuries.
