5.00I usually don't bother to write reviews (I know I should lol) but the local food tour in Leon was phenomenal! Oscar made the tour exceptional! His knowledge of Leon and all of Nicaragua looked at through the lens of food was wonderful. It was focused on traditional food from not only the current population but also expanded to the indigenous cuisine. Wonderful! Thank you Oscar for a great tour. If you are thinking of taking this tour I would recommend asking for Oscar.

He choose great samples and we had a wonderful time with him. It was more hanging out with a friend than being on a tour. Everything he showed us was very delicious.

5.00Oscar was great!!! He was on time and available by WhatsApp. Then he gave us a great tour that included some history and the chance to try many local foods in the market nearby. He was very informative, spoke great English, and was always checking in to see if we had any questions or needed anything.
The food tour is worth a 10/10!

On the day itself, we enjoyed all the information Oscar shared about the city of León and the food. Incredibly interesting and educational! He let us try all sorts of things.
