We had an amazing day with our guide Nobu. As it was our 1st trip to Tokyo, we wanted to learn all we could. Nobu patiently helped us plan our day, learn the subway, and took photos along the way. From Asakusa, we visited Ueno Park, the lovely Yanaka area, Shibuya Sky and Scramble, Meiji Jinji Shrine, Ginza shopping area, and the lively Takeshita Street. We stopped into a local brewery and local bagel shop. Nobu taught us some commonl phrases and Japanese history along the way. Highly recommend.

Our Tokyo trip was amazing thanks to Mr. Toshi. He navigated the city smoothly, explained everything with warmth, and made each place feel special. Truly an exceptional guide.

We had such a great day with Michi. She made sure to help us customize the right tour based on what we were most interested in seeing. It was especially helpful to have her with us to navigate the trains for the first time. She was so knowledgeable about the history of Senso-ji and Meji shrine. She also gave us space and time to browse the stalls for food and souvenirs. Thank you, Michi!

We had an excellent experience with Miky! We spent the day touring the imperial palace gardens, fish market and Asakusa area, known for Sensoji Temple. Miky was incredibly organized, thoughtful, and professional! She collaborated with us ahead of time to gather our interests before putting together a well-planned itinerary. During the tour, Miky used her iPad to add pictures and context to that portion of tour. The tour was a walking tour which was well paced and gave us a real feel for the city. We used the Metro to navigate the city which was fantastic! Our tour felt authentic rather than touristy. Overall, a highly professional, engaging, and seamless tour. I would absolutely recommend Miky!

Yoko was an excellent guide. She spoke excellent English and was very knowledgeable about history and all the questions we asked. She was able to teach us how to use the very complex train system, and even helped us with language and customs. We have Yoko to thank for our enjoyable stay in Tokyo. She is 10/10!

As this was our first trip to Japan we were looking for a whistle stop tour to show us a couple of areas of the city, but most importantly how to use public transport. This gave us exactly what we needed. We were contacted by our guide, Yoshimi, a week or two before our trip asking what we wanted from the trip, and I gave her a quick guide of: some culture/temple, some shopping, a guide to public transport, and the Shibuya Scramble Crossing. She did a great job at putting together an itinerary which included all these elements for us. She met us in reception of our hotel precisely at 9am and gave us a quick run down on what we were going to be doing. She took us to an atm, which we hadn’t managed to get to yet as well. The tour was great. Her English was superb and the whole trip was worth the money. Would happily book again.

Keiko was absolutely wonderful with us. We spent around four hours together, during which she warmly introduced us to the fish market and several other lovely, authentic places. She was knowledgeable, kind, and made the whole experience feel very personal and enjoyable. We truly appreciated her time and the care she put into showing us around.

Hiro created a beautiful tour for us that was so special. He was amazingly knowledgeable about Tokyo but also made it so fun for our children. He took us to delicious lunch spots, a beautiful temple, the sky tree and our special request of Akihabra. A delightful day, 10/10 would recommend. As well as wonderful Hiro there was also a driver in a beautiful vehicle.

This was the perfect activity to book on our first day in Tokyo. We were so lucky to spend four hours with KK who was informative, patient in answering all of our questions, thoughtful of the ages in our group and what would interest them, and knowledgeable. He also booked us lunch at a sushi restaurant at the end of the tour where we had a great time!
