What To Expect
Senso-ji Temple
During the tour, you can choose to visit 2 locations for a half day, or 3-4 locations for a full day. Here are some examples of the exciting spots you can explore.

5.00We had a great first day in Tokyo with Miky. As well as taking us round the sights snd answering all our questions she helped us get our travel passes and learn how to navigate the trains . The fish market was our favourite.

5.00We did the 8hr walking tour of Tokyo. We saw various neighborhoods, a traditional garden and of course temples and shrines! It was a great way to get a “Taste of Tokyo”. Our guide, Tak, was very friendly - we learned about the different religions and history, tried some traditional Japanese snacks, and had a tasty lunch in the Asakusa neighborhood. Things to note: it is a lot of walking- even using the metro - fine for us but keep in mind based on your fitness level. The garden in mid-February was ok- only a few plum trees had blooms - I’m sure it would be beautiful to see later in the year.

5.00Lily was fantastic! It was great to do a little exploring in Tokyo with somebody so knowledgeable about the history, culture, religion, economy, and politics of Tokyo and Japan as a whole. We could never have accomplished so much on our own in a single day.
