Our guide was Shoma. He was wonderful, very patient as we were slow walkers. He also was very friendly and knowledgeable. He also took Jim's time and did extra stops for food and to use the restroom. Would 100% book this tour and tour guide again! We were a large group with two people in their 70s and two young kids 6 and under

Hinako was a wonderful tour guide. She took us to all the places we wanted to see and explained the history of them. We really appreciated her help explaining how Tokyo public transportation works. My daughter and I feel much more comfortable using it after her guidance. Hinako was very friendly and personable. Highly recommend booking this tour!

Very enjoyable tour. Just the two of us and tour guide, Erica, who was very friendly, informative and happy to answer our many questions. Toured the temple and shrine areas and then in extra time visited some shops - finding some good bargains in the 100 yen store! Thanks Erica. PS Loved the views from information centre.

She was very patient and kind, she talked us through everything. It was a very fun experience. It was awesome, she really did deserve a 5/5 review. If we could we would make it a 10/10.
