1.00I would give zero stars if possible. This was suppose to be a special night for me and my wife and we planned our entire day around getting to our meeting point. Cost me $200.00 to get here and be well dressed for them to not even give us a heads up about canceling the appointment. Waste of a day ruining our vacation. DONT EVER USE THIS COMPANY.

5.00We had the best time taking photos with Sophia. She was fun and knew the aera well. Her photos turned out beautiful. We're so happy with them. We did have trouble finishing the meeting up spot. If I were to do it again I would tell klook what we were wearing and ask more questions about the meet up point.

1.00The operator cancelled the tour hours before the arranged date with the excuse of not being able to find anyone else to join the tour. This is incredibly disrespectful, I can’t find anyone who does a similar activity on such short notice and now I also have to wait for my refund to be able to use that money. Don’t waste your time with this. Find someone else and avoid the risk of losing the chance of having this experience.

5.00I had an amazing solo walking tour and photo experience! The guide was friendly, made me feel completely comfortable, and showed me beautiful spots I never would’ve found alone.
