5.00Taka is the best tour guide! He is extremely knowledgeable which made the experience that much more enjoyable. I like that we got to experience Tokyo from a locals point of view. There’s no way we would’ve been able to go explore all the places to the fullest without Taka. He truly curates the time to be personal (local hole in the wall spots!) and efficient. I would recommend his tour to anyone and everyone. 11/10!!!

5.00I had a great two day tour in Japan with Taka. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and did an amazing job sharing Japanese culture in a way that felt natural and personal. He explained traditions, daily life, and cultural details that really helped me understand and appreciate Japan more. The tour was relaxed, well organized, and felt very personal, with a great mix of highlights and local experiences. I learned a lot, saw incredible places, and truly enjoyed my time. I highly recommend Taka to anyone visiting Japan!

5.00What a fantastic day!! It was truly time well spent, and completely customizable to our interests and pace. And the best part? Our lovely guide! Since it was just me and my partner, exploring the city as a small group of three made the experience feel personal, relaxed, and warm. We never felt rushed, and we were able to enjoy discovering hidden gems, and see the city from a local’s perspective. highly recommended for couples looking for a more intimate and memorable experience.

5.00As it was our first time in Tokyo we decided to book this tour to maximise the best places to see.Plus to cut down on time getting lost and aimlessly going around and around in the metro stations. Satoshi-san contacted us via WhatsApp 48 hours prior to our tour day to get a feel of what we wanted to see and do. We were promptly met at our hotel entrance at 09:00 by a wonderful,polite, courteous,funny, handsome,and extremely knowledgeable guide. Satoshi-san is half American,half Japanese so conversed fluently in both languages. We started off by buying a 24 hour metro pass to get us around the many places we visited that day. This was well worth it at 900 yen as we would have spent at least 3 times this amount.Satoshi-san gave us a overview of where and what we would be doing that day. However he also dropped in some little hidden gems throughout the day that we would never have found ourselves.We had the most wonderful, relaxing,stress free day with Satoshi-san. His knowledge of the area , history, culture,and traditions was impressive. He introduced us to some of his friends and vendors in various markets. We tried all kinds of wonderful,produce whist wandering through the local market and after trying things made some purchases to take home. Spices,dry goods,,matcha tea, delicious nuts and fruits,we tried them all for free and all thanks to Satoshi-san. We stopped for a lovely coffee in the local market,and there was more than plenty opportunities for toilet breaks. We covered a lot of ground that day. Visited temples,gardens,Imperial Palace East garden,and so much more. Satoshi-san took us to a fantastic local small restaurant for lunch.He ordered various Japanese small plates of food for us all to share. Wow,the food was amazing and we were all smiling from ear to ear,the food was so good and the plates and bowls cleared. After our lunch we carried on,and saw more hidden gems around district's we would never have found on our own. We had a wonderful day with Satoshi-san and as the day went on it felt like he had been a close friend for years. Our day concluded at 17:00 and we had packed in so much in 8 hours. The tour far,far exceeded our expectations and we would not hesitate to recommend this tour . Satoshi-san even went out of his way to conveniently leave us at a metro station close to our hotel. We left this tour happy and content in the knowledge that we had had the best day ever around Tokyo with Satoshi-san.

5.00Taka is an excellent host, very easy going and warm. He is generous with his recommendations and assistance. He had great communication and made our tour very easy, checking on our needs and preferences all along the way. I have really difficult dietary restrictions and he found us the perfect place to eat. You can tell he is passionate about sharing his culture and takes his profession as a guide seriously. But he is also fun and we laughed a lot! We give him our highest recommendation!
