5.00Wonderful day with Sumire! Our lovely guide was promptly waiting for us in the lobby of our hotel, and she tailored the tour to our family requests. She spoke English perfectly and taught us so much during our 4 hour tour.

5.00Taka was a great tour guide. Very friendly and has a great knowledge and enthusiasm for his city. We did this tour on our first full day and it was a great way to get our bearings and Taka helped us get our Suica cards showed us how to use the subway system. He contacted us before the tour to find out our interests so that he could personalize it. As well as it being an extremely interesting day he gave us lots of tips and recommendations. There were also some great surprises - but I don't want to spoil it for future tourists! He also has a great knowledge of Kabuki as he comes from a family that have performed for many years, very interesting as it is something we didn't know much about You definitely can't go wrong booking with Taka, especially at the beginning of your trip as he knows the best places to visit and will customize it to your needs

5.00We had an amazing time with Taka during our private tour in Tokyo! Traveling with 3 kids under 10 can sometimes be challenging, but Taka made the entire experience fun, stress-free, and memorable for everyone. He did an incredible job showing us local cultural sites and taking us to great shopping areas while sharing insights and stories that made us appreciate Tokyo even more. What really stood out was how mindful he was of our children — he always made sure they were safe, comfortable, and engaged throughout the day. Taka has a personality that instantly makes you feel comfortable. Hanging out with him felt more like spending time with an old friend than being on a guided tour. He’s easygoing, friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about making sure everyone has a great experience. If you're visiting Tokyo, especially with kids or family, we highly recommend booking a tour with Taka. Thank you for helping make our trip so special!

He completely adapted to what we needed and was at our disposal the entire time: before, during, and even after the visit. A ten is not enough. Fun and engaging personalized tour with Mami

5.00We had an awesome and fun time with Mami. She asked us what we would be interested in seeing and doing the day before the tour. On the day she picked us up from our hotel and guided us on a fun tour of several cultural areas and attractions that we wanted to see. Mami is very knowledgeable about various Tokyo sites and Japanese culture. She showed us some really fun places, restaurants, and stands that we wouldn’t have encountered on our own. She is fun and energetic and really wants to provide an interesting and engaging tour. We had a lot of questions about everyday life in Japan and also about Japanese culture and she was very informative and open about Japan. Even after the tour, she was so kind to send me places of interest that I wouldn’t have remembered to visit. And she also told me several times that I could contact her if I had any questions or wanted more recommendations.
