Very personable, knowledgeable and fun! He took extra precautions to make sure we were always close by when we traveled crowded areas.

Had the best time with Renaud. He made sure we saw all of the mandatory tourist locations and some great local spots as well. I really enjoyed getting to meet his local friends and see many shrines and temples--he even helped me when I drew the bad fortune! What a great first day and experience in Tokyo.

Well organised, and our personal tour guide, Leeloo, was welcoming, enthusiastic, knowledgeable & friendly. We felt confident as she took us on the subway & each of the places of interest as part of our tour. We highly recommend this activity.

This tour was very enjoyable. Renaud communicated well with us before the day. We moved from one exciting place to the next with ease. We experienced a range of different places including markets, parks, temples and travelling on local trains. We ate local foods and felt the pace of the tour was well thought out. We loved this tour.

Great exposure to Kyoto's temples and shrines. Much preferable to similar Tokyo tours. Id say skip the lunch and eat nearby. I did and felt it was an upgrade

Renaud provided our family of 4 with a great full day tour of Tokyo! He took us to all of Tokyo’s cultural highlights and taught us Japanese customs. He met us at our hotel and taught us how to take the subway and rail systems which was very helpful for our stay. He was super responsive and even helped us find areas of interest days after the tour! I would highly recommend this experience!

Sebastian was an excellent guide. Not only did we get to see the beautiful temples of Tokyo, and the craziness of Shibuya Crossing, we also gained confidence navigating Japan's underground trains (very appreciated) and learnt a lot about life in Japan. We felt very comfortable in his company and he happily answered all our questions, such as basic phrases and the best places to eat. It was a fantastic experience, highly recommended for travellers who have never visited Japan and Tokyo before.

We spent a wonderful day with Sam looking at a great varied selection of Tokyo sites, and sampling some great food. It was lovely being guided on the subway system and enabled us to cover so much more ground for the day. Sam was so relaxed and easy to spend time with
