5.00We had an amazing experience of learning about sake and having unlimited tasting of different sakes. Maddie, our tour guide, was welcoming and very knowledgeable. She shares interesting facts about sake production cycle, sake styles and answered our questions. It was a fantastic and unforgettable experience in a very cute bar with boutique selection of sakes. Please note the bar is located 100 meters from Zara (same side of the road) on the 2nd floor of the building .

5.00Sui was very knowledgeable about Saki and was very informative and easy to understand. She is the store manager and buys saki for the shop. The varietals that she selected were delicious. We are wine drinkers at home and she was helpful in drawing analogies regarding saki tasting and wine tasting. I left with a little buzz (and a bottle of Saki) and she helped us get to our next destination.

He didn’t just explain sake, he opened the door to an entirely new world of Japanese culture and flavor for us. 🍶✨ What impressed me most was his perfect balance as a guide: flawless time management, deep knowledge, and warm, natural communication with every guest. He created such a comfortable atmosphere that everyone felt included and engaged throughout the experience. I also really appreciated his thoughtful recommendations for sake souvenirs. Thanks to Hiro, I was able to find bottles that I would never have discovered on my own, which made the experience feel even more personal and memorable. Hiro has a rare talent for turning information into a memorable experience.
