The geisha residence is a private home where people still live today. To respect privacy and preserve the atmosphere of the space, please refrain from taking photos without permission. Dedicated time for photography will be provided during the experience.

The practice stage is considered a sacred cultural space. Yor are kindly asked to wear socks when stepping onto the stage. Socks will be provided for your convenience.

On rainy days, please dry your feet with a towel before entering the stage area.

To preserve the atmosphere and cultural integrity of the experience, guests are expected to follow the guide’s instructions throughout the tour. Guests who do not follow instructions may be asked to leave the experience.

I joined this experience to enjoy traditional Japanese culture in Tokyo. Watching the geisha dance in a beautiful kimono was amazing. She kindly taught us the “Sakura” dance, and performing together on stage became a special memory of my trip. I also bought a sakura fan, and I’m excited to show my family the dance when I get home!

We had a great time in Shibuya and a wonderful experience to watch Japanese traditional geisha culture. It was the first time to see and talk to them. They were so beautiful and its performance was very elegant! It was amazing. We could ask any questions about their culture after the performance.I strongly recommend it to visitors to Tokyo.

Probably this was one of the best cultual GEISHA tour.Quick walking tour is included,satisfied walk aroud to see some interesting spots in interiors of Shibuya.Great experience to have a Japanese dance lesson by real pro- Geisha ladies.2 hours tour is good period for busy tourist.

Thank you very much for the amazing tour. Our guide, Mr Nishimura did a great job taking us around to the real world behind the scenes. The tour took us to the glimpses of unknown Japan just behind the bustling Shibuya scramble crossing. The geisha performance and the experience was amazing. Their dances and movements were very elegant and impressive. I enjoyed this special opportunity very much.

Despite its extraordinary prestige and elegance, the experience can be enjoyed in a surprisingly relaxed and casual way. You can truly feel the passion and dedication to preserving Shibuya’s geisha culture. Rather than a typical ozashiki experience, this offers the rare opportunity to step inside an actual geisha rehearsal studio. It was a precious chance to access a hidden side of geisha culture that few people ever get to see. We walked through the backstreets of Shibuya and visited the geisha rehearsal space. The genuine beauty and overwhelming presence of the performance took our breath away. It was also so much fun to be invited onto the stage ourselves. Thank you so much for this wonderful experience. We highly recommend it!
