Huge thanks to Taku for a wonderful tour of Tsukiji fish market that set the perfect stage for what came next. Then we dove into sushi-making class with chef Kate and host Yuko, where we learned to roll, press, and shape our way through nigiri and maki before devouring our delicious creations with zero regrets (and maybe too much wasabi). Arigato gozaimashita!
