The guides (Akiko) and sushi chef (Kate) were lovely. They toured us through the market stopping as needed and then we went to make sushi. The class was taught well and the food was delicious after when we ate it.

The first part of the tour was with our guide, Hiro. Hiro is a great guide. She is fluent in English and very patient with us when buying stuff from the market. Fun, entertaining, and knowledgeable about the area, so don't hesitate to ask questions. Second part - the sushi class was great. A great chef who simplified the processes and helped us through the cooking class.
