We had an amazing experience today with our wonderful sushi chef, Sato-san, and our fantastic host, Miki-san! We started with a bit of history to understand the craft, followed by the step-by-step process of making different types of sushi and maki. It was incredibly fun, and the best part was getting to eat everything at the end! The chef even treated us to a little extra. A huge thank you to the team—it was brilliant!

Joyful and tasty expérience in Tokyo! #1 Tsukiji Market with Mac 🏯🐟 We loved exploring Tsukiji, a beautiful temple, and the bustling market. Coming from Paris, we have many Japanese products, but here we discovered unique, exclusive sweet, savory, and umami flavors only found in Japan! 🍡🤤 Having Mac by our side was a huge plus, he guided us to the best shops for snacks, pottery, and knives. He was so attentive to our needs, always smiling, and truly a passionate local who loves sharing his culture ☺️ #2 Sushi Class with Wakana & Sensei Ohara 👨🍳✨ Pure magic! We were welcomed by our presenter Wakana and the grand sushi master, Chef Ohara. The immersion started instantly with our names written in Japanese on our chef hats! 🧢😍 After an amazing fish prep lesson, we used our individual plates of gorgeous toppings to craft our own sushi step-by-step before feasting at the end. 🍣😋 The vibe was incredibly warm and enriching, I recommend 100% this perfect combo activity! 🔥

My 20 year old daughter and I did this tour during our first trip to Tokyo and it was one of our favorite activities! We met outside of a Buddhist temple and started with a short tour there. We then went into the fish market and learned about its history, as well of some the guide's favorite stalls. We had the time to purchase snacks before moving onto the class. Our class was led by Coco and an experience sushi chef. The chef demonstrated how to prepare fish for sushi, as well as sashimi. Plates with prepared fish and bowls of rice were set out for us and the chef walked through how to make different types of nigiri. Finally, we learned how to make a roll. We then got to eat our creations - delicious. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone who enjoys sushi!

Yusei was our tour guide and he was great! I'm so glad we had him to take us around and point out specific items to try. Otherwise we may not have ended up trying as many new things, or would have ended up in long lines unnecessarily. Don't eat breakfasts before this tour! You will eat quite a bit along the way.

We had a wonderful afternoon at the Tsukiji Fish Market and sushi making class! Tack was incredibly kind and knowledgeable and took us to some awesome spots in the market, including a 150 year old knife shop! After that the sushi making class was a blast and perfect for all ages. Miky was entertaining and great at explaining the process as outlined by Chef Sato. A must do if you want to experience Tsukiji Fish Market and learn how to make sushi!

The tour through the market was fun and interesting. Our guide was amazing and introduced us to a lot of different aspects of Japanese culture. The last part of the tour was our sushi making experience. The interpreter spoke English very well, and the chef was great! We all enjoyed our time.
