I ended up visiting the Tsukiji Outer Market on short notice, but since this tour combined a walking tour with a sushi-making class, I was able to make the most of my time there very efficiently. I highly recommend this tour.

On this tour, we got to take a look behind the scenes at a tamagoyaki shop and a japanese kitchen tool store. I think this is the kind of experience you can only have because the tour owner is a local. I highly recommend it !

I was looking for a guided tour of the Tsukiji Fish Market when I found one that included a sushi-making experience, so I signed up without hesitation. I bought the tuna recommended by the guide and was able to make and eat my own sushi, which was very exciting!

I was very satisfied with the quick guided tour of the Tsukiji Fish Market, where I was able to go to places I wouldn't normally be able to access, such as the back rooms of the shops. The sushi bento I made myself was surprisingly delicious too!

We had such a great time making sushi bento at Tsukiji Market! 🍣 It was super hands-on and fun, and the kids were totally into it—which made it even more special for us as a family. We also loved walking around Tsukiji after—the shops they showed us were all really good and made the whole experience even more fun. Such an easy, memorable thing to do together. Definitely recommend if you’re in Tokyo with kids!
