You will be greeted with a refreshing rhum punch upon arrival at this gorgeous landmark building located directly on the Caribbean’s largest Lagoon, which stunningly accommodates Topper’s Rhum distillery and its restaurant, bar, gelateria, and gift shop.

A knowledgeable and entertaining guide will give you a hands-on tour where you will learn a little history of rum and get a behind-the-scenes look at how they ferment, distill, blend, age, and expertly bottle their handcrafted rums and ensure their products meet the highest quality standards. You will learn how to nose and taste rhum. You will be treated to over 20 samples of their 124 different flavored rhums, rum cake, and rum-infused Italian gelato, and cook and taste food prepared with Topper’s Rhum.

As St. Maarten’s official rum, Topper’s has been named USA Today’s Best Caribbean Rum Distillery for four years and has won over thirty prestigious tasting medals. Come and have fun enjoying this world-class rhum.

    Must go the rum tasting was thee best so many flavors my tour guide was thee best just love her will be back I stayed till they closed I had went to the bar they have in the back for more drinks and great food bar tender great vibes

    We took the rum tour on Saturday. Our tour guide was very informative and fun. You got to try like 22 different rums, plus gelato and rum cake. An awesome tour!

    Was it touristy? Yes...but well worth it. Very interactive. Great staff. That will feed you rhum until you cry uncle. I enjoyed it all very immensely. A LOT of Cruise people, but they were all very nice and enjoyed the experience. A restaurant is in the back for when you are hungry.

    When booking any brewery, vineyard, distillery tours, you never know exactly what you're going to get. We were part of a mixed-group tour totalling 10-12 people and this was a 'wet' one! Whilst only small measures at any time, we must have tried 20+ flavoured rums between 21 and 50% ABV, together with rum-infused food and gelato. The tour was informative and engaging, and had the benefit of 10% discount at the lovely bar/restaurant which is surrounded by the Simpsons Bay harbour.
