What an amazing history and food experience tour. Sadly, I do not have photos because we were too busy eating. Alejandro was a wonderful guide around the City Center of Toulouse. Because it was low season and windy he only cooked one dish on his cart for us and the rest were in restaurants or pre-made like chocolatines and macarons. Everything we ate was super filling and delicious. I think he does cook a bit more during the summer. Well worth our time and so happy we got to go on one of the best food tours we have ever been on

What an amazing experience, from start to finish! My husband and I had a wonderful time! Alex has a wealth of knowledge of the history of Toulouse and kept us glued to his every word with his style of delivery. And, he always managed to masterfully connect delicious food to every historical anecdote. A must do in Toulouse!

Hands down the best walking tour we’ve experienced. Entertaining, educational and delicious! Alex was even accommodating enough to provide gluten free options when the original was not GF. Amazing!

Highly recommend. Alex was absolutely fantastic. His ability to connect six places to six stories to six regional food experiences was excellent! He covered regional history that included roman history, aerospace industry, religious history, architectural influences (to include the history of a parking garage), and modern day friendly rugby rivalry between Toulouse and Bordeaux; who comes up with all that? Alex! Truly a must do!

The perfect amount of historical context, fun anecdotes and delicious bites. Alex was an amazing guide. As someone who doesn’t usually do tours or planned activities on vacation, I would highly recommend this one. A great way to discover the city and get foodie recommendations for the rest of your stay.

Great tour. The tour leader was knowledgeable and charismatic. There were six stops at six different locations and food associated with each. I felt full afterwards but not stuffed. Alcohol was served but can be declined. I enjoyed myself and learned much about Toulouse.

My husband and I took this tour on our first day in Toulouse. It was the perfect introduction to the city. Alex is very passionate about the history and interesting stories of Toulouse. He blends this beautifully with signature food from the city and region. You eat a lot of wonderful food and feel like you are getting all of the best information from a friend. To top it off, Alex sends you a recap of the tour, where to purchase the food you sampled along the way and recommendations for where to eat, drink and visit while you are in town. This is excellent tour for anyone who enjoys eating and learning about a city at the same time.

What an absolutely incredible experience! This was one of if not the highlight of our trip. It’s a perfect way to get an idea of the layout of Toulouse, while learning the history of the city and being introduced to some of the best food in the city. Alex’s passion for food and the history of Toulouse makes this experience unlike any other food/walking tour in Toulouse. My only regret is doing the tour towards the end of our trip rather than the beginning which would have given us more ideas of restaurants and shops to visit. Thank you Alex!
