Great tour and moment at the Escondida waterfall with Leonardo. He knows a lot about the region and its people. The conversations with him were very interesting and we learn more about the Colombian lifestyle

Wonderful evening with a special flair. A wonderful evening, started at the church square, where I was picked up and was alone in the tour... Nevertheless, it was completely taken care of, we drove to several vantage points, saw the waterfall and then were at the end at sunset in a wonderful place. Afterwards, there was a campfire, a great place and appropriate music from the natives. Everything was very dignified and extremely authentic. Afterwards we had some delicious food, an original cocoa and really great conversations... Thanks for the great evening.

WOW THE BEST TOUR OF MY LIFE IN MINCA NATURE AND CULTURE IN ITS MAXIMUM SPLENDOR If you’re looking for a perspective-changing experience in Colombia, you have to take this tour! It was, without exaggeration, the best day of my life. From the moment I saw the most stunning views of the Sierra Nevada I knew it would be special. Then, the cultural immersion with the Wiwa people was incredibly respectful and educational; they explain their ancestral culture with a passion that reaches your soul. And the natural part... is from another planet Birds and Monkeys Bird watching was spectacular. Seeing toucans and listening to howler monkeys was my favorite moment with Colombian nature A total dive into the jungle Tastes of the Sierra We tried organic coffee and cocoa from a traditional farm founded in 1967 The taste is pure Minca ☕🍫 Secret Adventure We were taken to hidden waterfalls (Hidden Waterfalls) that do not appear in the guides An unforgettable dip Lunch was delicious, but what really makes this tour unique is the guide a super authentic person who makes you feel really lucky to be there Thanks to the Colombia Local Travel team for the experience

I joined Leonardo and four other travelers for a tour in Minca, and it was amazing! We visited some of the most peaceful and beautiful spots: ideal for birdwatching, swimming, and enjoying delicious Colombian coffee or cacao. After the walk and the adventures, having lunch at one of Minca’s local restaurants felt like a real reward (and it’s included in the price). I highly recommend this tour. The guide is a local Colombian who truly knows and loves the area, which makes the experience even more special.

Thank you for this fabulous and complete tour, between waterfalls, breathtaking viewpoint, wildlife viewing, meeting with locals and visiting a finca with a workshop around coffee and cocoa. Leo and eager to teach us and share his knowledge. I recommend 200% you will not be disappointed

This was an excellent experience. Minca is special… the views, the hikes, the waterfalls, the village. Leo’s passion for Minca and for showing foreigners a great experience were much appreciated. Highly recommend!

Want to experience the real Colombia? Then this tour is exactly what you are looking for. Our guide was a local expert who knows the area like the back of his hand. He is not only fluent in Spanish, but also excellent English, which allowed him to explain everything in detail. During the tour you will visit several vantage points from where you have a beautiful view of the entire region around Minca, on clear days you can even see all the way to Santa Marta. One of the most special parts was the visit to a cocoa plantation. It is fascinating to see how chocolate is made and where the cocoa we eat on the couch at home comes from. For me personally, the absolute highlight was meeting the indigenous tribes. These natives have a unique culture and way of life that you will not find anywhere else. It is incredibly special how this tour gives you access to a world that remains hidden from most people. Lots of love.
