What To Expect
The Karnak Temple
Start your half day tour, after picking you up from the hotel, to the east bank of Luxor where you will be accompanied by Private Egyptologist guide to visit the Karnak Temples, the greatest example of worship in history and was dedicated to the God Amon, his wife Mut and their son Khonsu. It was constructed from the beginning of the Middle Kingdom to the Graeco Roman Kingdom.
Luxor Temple
Then move to Luxor Temple. It was built by Amunhotep III in 18th Dynasty in the New Kingdom and it was completed by Ramesses II during the 19th Dynasty. King Ramses II was the most famous king in the 19th Dynasty. He ruled Egypt for about 67 years. It was dedicated to the great god Amun-Ra, his wife Mut and their son Khonsu together representing the Theban triad. Enjoy visiting Obelisk of Ramses II in front of the 1st Pylon.

We would like to highlight our tour guides: Mohamed in Cairo and Mohamed in Luxor – both extremely competent, friendly and always helpful. You have always felt in good hands and well informed. The organization was also top: The buses were always on time and very well equipped, so all excursions were pleasant and stress-free. Overall, everything was excellently planned and executed. We can therefore clearly recommend SunPyramids!

5.00This was a trip of a lifetime. I connected with Mohammed and Armia through KimKim travel and they proposed a package that included everything we wanted to see and took us to Jordan to see Petra. It was under our budget and everything was included accept international airfare. Mohammed was easy to work with and communicated excellently. We flew to Cairo and Kariem met us. He was very helpful and just a great employee. We came to love him like a son. He took us to our hotel and met us many times on our trip. He even spent the day with us at the big bazaar in Cairo. Karom was our main guide in Cairo and was very knowledgeable. He took us to GEM, the pyramids and to some mosques and churches. Very easy to get along with and He met me everyday with Voke Zero to fill my needs. We had a driver in Cairo named Mohammed and we felt as safe as we could with the crazy Cairo drivers. Mohammed got us everywhere safely and was easy to get along with. We spent a few days in Cairo and then flew to Luxor to meet our cruise. Kareem took us to the airport and was on time with great communication. We were met in Luxor by Ahmed who was out guide on the cruise and on shore tours. He was fantastic and another highlight of our trip. He was super friendly and knowledgeable about everything. He took us to Karnak, Luxor Temple and Abu Simbel. It was a fantastic time and exceeded expectations. Ahmed took us to a local market and we stopped at a local Cafe and experienced Shisha. It was a greatcway to get to know him and meet some local people. We enjoyed every minute with him and the cruise was perfectly timed in our trip. After the cruise ended we flew back to Cairo. Kariem met us and drove us to our hotel. We met up with Karom and finished our Cairo portion of our trip. He suggested we add on the Civilization museum and that was fantastic. 62 mummies laid out gracefully. It was a highlight! Mohammed drove us around again and was exceptional. Kariem picked us up to fly to Jordan. We were met there by the airport assistant Hossam who handled our visas and got us through customs. We were picked up by our driver Tayseer and Freddie our guide and seeing some of the sights in Amman. We were off in the afternoon to Petra with Freddie and Tayseer. It was a long drive but we got to the hotel and got some sleep. I loved riding in Tayseers BVD hybrid car! We were off to Petra in the morning. It was amazing. Beautiful site and great experience. Freddie was fun to visit with and very knowledgeable. Afterwards we drive to Wadi Rum and went clamping in a tent. It was a beautiful ending yo a great trip. We flew from Amman to Cairo and surprisingly Kariem picked us up at 930. He took us to a hotel where we didn't have time to sleep but could shower and relax for an hour. We then caught the shuttle at 1am and started the long flight home. ✈️. It was a well planned trip with people that were kind and caring. We felt safe and secure and well cared for. I can't thank everybody enough! I hope i didn't leave anybody out!

5.00We spent a five day holiday in Luxor. Sun Pyramids organized and booked everything for us. Everything worked out great and we were completely satisfied, both in terms of putting together the tour program and selecting the hotel and activities. We would particularly like to emphasize the individual and personal support of our tour guide Omar. He was there for us around the clock and really looked after us optimally. Special praise goes to Mohammed, our guide for the ancient sites, who has brought us closer to the fascination of Luxor with his extremely expert, competent and very pleasant manner. So we can recommend Sun Pyramids Tour without restriction and award it five out of five stars.

5.00We had a great time in Luxor with Ahmed Talaat and Mahmoud! Our guide Ahmed was extremely knowledgeable and made sure to explain everything we were seeing. He and Mahmoud did everything the could to ensure we made the most of our time in Luxor and had a great experience. Would highly recommend.

5.00I spent several days in Luxor with Sun Pyramid Tours and this day trip was included. I was more than satisfied with the service. I was always picked up from my hotel by a guide and driver. The guide was very knowledgeable about Egyptian history and the various structures. I learned a great deal. I would like to extend a special thank you to Omar, who made me feel almost at home even after the tours. I can highly recommend this tour to everyone.

5.00Thanks to our guide Mohammed Kamal Allam we had the best time! We did both night and day tours and all the temples were wonderful :) doing three days with him was like doing a whole long trip because the explanations of the sites were all connected together organically. All the tickets were included in the visit, and we did not have to add any other fee to our organized trip. We manage to see all the sites when they were less crowded thanks to our expert guide :)

5.00Had a lovely felucca ride with Omar. We had a chance to also stop by the banana island, quick tour, had a sugar cane drink & lots of bananas! He was a great host, shared alot about the culture and luxor knowledge and you could see he enjoyed what he was doing. Overall 10/10!
