  Since I arrived in Medan, there was already the person who came to pick me up to take me to Bukit Lawan (4 hours drive) where they were waiting for me to stay in the room. Simple but welcoming, it was 2 days of treking and one night in the jungle. My guide is an expert in the jungle, he gave me a lot of peace of mind in times of difficult feeling or dissension, as well as knowing a lot about everything related to the jungle, his name is Rendy, and I recommend him for whoever decides to come. We saw several Orangutans, different varieties of monkeys and some quite exotic birds as well. I only have words of thanks for this wonderful team!!!! Your IZOEN host, excellent person and trusted.   We really enjoyed the jungle trekking with See Bukit Lawang! The 3 days, 2 nights was very nice, because we were able to go further into the jungle and see animals every day. The camps were located by the river, so we were able to refresh after the hours spent hiking. The food was very nice! Lunch and Fruitbreak during the hike and dinner in the camp with a nice variation of food, also vegetarian options possible.   We had so much fun! If you like being in nature, this is the best trip you can have. This rainforest is special, almost no inspects, a lot of nice mountains and river. It is fun to walk around. Its not too difficult if you are used to move regularly :). Seen 5 species of monkeys!!!!

  Beautiful scenery, and lovely people around. Our guides were super nice and helpful with us all the time. We could see orangutans, makas and gibbons as well. Our tents were at beautiful places next to river banks where we could swim after a long and exhausting day. The foods were also great, especially the fruit mix plates. On our return to Bukit Lawang, we were taken to a rafting adventure which was a perfect ending for the jungle trek.

  Phenomenal time. Everything from pickup to drop off at the airport set up for you with hospitality. Hotel is great, they have a restaurant on site for you. The rangers and guides were so knowledgeable and fun. Bring good hiking shoes, this isn’t a stroll in the park. Bug repellent a must. We saw 6 orangutans, gibbons, Thomas langurs, hornbills, a water monitor and a bunch of makaks in only 5 hours in the jungle. Great fruit snack and then a tasty nasi goreng and coffee for lunch. Fun raft ride back down to the hotel at the end to refresh. Look no further, these guys have you set up the right way.

  Absolutely 100% and wholeheartedly recommended. We went on a three-day tour through the jungle with Arnol and Rendy. Both are absolutely adorable! We saw lots of orangutans but also lots of other monkeys, different animals and plants. An absolutely unique experience. The accommodation is of course rudimentary, but we were well looked after in culinary terms (the Jungle Chocolate 😝 is of course particularly recommended). I highly recommend everyone to do the tour with SeeBukitLawang!

  Hello. I recommend lzoen Vespa and his agency for your trek to Bukit Lawang. They are serious and super nice guys. Very good knowledge of their jungle, fauna and flora, total involvement with the hikers and regular breaks with fruit. Excellent dinners made with love.   We had an amazing three days in Bukit Lawang. Our guides knew very good what they were doing and very helpful. Beside the mother oerangoetang with child, we also saw many other monkeys and animals like tukan, water monitor lizard,.... Me and my father enjoyed the nature, even the rainfall during the evening. I can recommend this tour!

  I don't even know how to put in words how amazing this trip was. Me and my friend had 2 nights/3 days in the Jungle with Lias and Rendy and we really had an amazing time. We immediately realized that both our guides are professionals, they have a huge knowledge. We learned so much about the jungle and the animals. We were never bored with them, we had a lot of fun. I have to mention how good the food was. It was absolutely delicious and we had more than enough to eat. They always took care of us, for example they asked us plenty of time if we need rest during the hike. At the end of the trip we became friends. We couldn't have ask for a better experience. Lias, Rendy and Izoen are very nice and friendly people, I would always choose them to do a jungle trek.
