  Truly an incredible experience, from the entrance to the Vineyard Cousiño you are greeted with a smile starting from the security guards and the store.   The tour is super good, the guide too. But we were told that there was a discount on the wines for taking the tour, and when we arrive at the store we are informed that the discount no longer runs. They shouldn't advertise things they don't respect afterwards.

  The vineyard is very beautiful and the wine is very good, but our experience on the tour was very disappointing. Our guide, Alondra, seemed to be reading a learned script without any interest, and no one told us that we could walk around the vineyard and park. He also gave a lot of incorrect information, for example, he said that Alsace was a country. I recommend hiring guides interested in tourism to improve the experience.
