What To Expect
Note: this is a 1-way private transfer option, for a return transfer - please make another booking. For arrivals at Dubai International Airport (DXB), please note the following instructions: Terminal 1: Our airport representative (Elevate DMC, orange uniform) will be located at the end of the arrival hall on the right side, holding a sign board with your name to welcome you. Terminal 3: Upon completing luggage collection, turn left and exit the arrival hall. At the meeting point, our airport representative (Elevate DMC, orange uniform) will be there to meet and greet you. Our airport representative will then provide assistance, hand over your welcome in-destination envelope containing all the destination details, and introduce you to your driver. Once you have met the airport representative and driver, the driver will escort you to the parking area where the transfer vehicle will be ready. The distance to the parking area is approximately 50 meters from the terminal exit. This process applies to both Dubai International Airport Terminals 1 and 3. For pick-up at Dubai hotels, please note the following instructions: We recommend scheduling the pick-up time to be at least 3.5 hours before the scheduled flight departure time (default pick-up time). Our driver will be present in the lobby area before your scheduled pick-up time. Zones: from/to Dubai International Airport (DXB)/Port Rashid to any Dubai Hotel (Dubai City (Deira/Bur Dubai), Sheikh Zayed Road, Jumeirah Beach, Jumeirah Lake Towers (JLT), Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR), Dubai Marina, Tecom, Media City, Palm Jumeirah and Jebel Ali) Passenger capacity: 4 persons Luggage capacity: 3 large + 1 small suitcase(s)

5.00Great experience with Elevate and in particular Rami who looked after us from the beginning. We went for a holiday to Ras Al Khaimah, via Dubai airport. The private transfers to our hotel were excellent, great service, comfortable cars and friendly professional staff. On our way back to UK on the 28th February, the conflict in the middle east began and we were stuck in Dubai. The elevate team were excellent in providing reassurance, advice and support in what was a scary time. We ended up staying in Dubai for an extra 6 days. Elevate’s staff supported us through this period. We are very grateful to the team at Elevate and look forward to using their services again.
