Save Your Money - Worst Booking Ever

1.00What a total rip off. Paid for the 6:30 p.m. show on 31 Aug 2025, showed up at 5:50 p.m. only to find out not only was there no show at 6:30 p.m., there was also no confirmation of my reservation. When I called Viator 24 hour support that was a total joke and waste of time and money. Not only did it cost me in euros to make the phone call but the representative refused to issue a refund after talking to establishment and they told her there was no 6:30 p.m. show that there was only one show at 8:30 p.m. The representative asked the establishment if they consented to a refund and the guy said no, and that was that. I am out $93.62 USD. We traveled all dau to get there. We were tired hungry and wasn't about to wait another two hours to eat. I wouldn't recommend my enemy to book this tour. There is a two hour time difference between Viator website and the establishment. Having on your website that it's best to book with Viator because of 24/7 support was useless. If I didn't get what I paid for the process of refunding should be simple. Not try to convince me to starve for an additional two hours so you can keep my money. I took a picture of the empty room at 6:31 p.m. Not sure if I will ever use Viator again. This is unacceptable.

5.00We had a great evening at Restaurant Gardenia Skopje! We opted for the Fix menu and everything was delicious. The beginnings were really good, with coconut meatballs, garnishes, fries, traditional Shopska salad, and ajvar. The Gardenia cake we tried especially sweet was incredibly light and delicious. The band is definitely a unique experience. First, they create a great atmosphere of dining music with local music, then take the fun to the top with folklore dances. I’ve never experienced such fun anywhere else! The drink selection is also huge. Almost all of the drinks from Turkish raque to whiskey are on the menu, and the prices are quite affordable according to Skopje standards. It’s a big plus to be able to drink quality drinks at reasonable prices. The atmosphere is stylish and friendly, and the staff is very attentive. If you''re looking for delicious food, amazing entertainment, and great value drinks, Gardenia is definitely the place to be!
