We had a great time cooking with Moisés this evening. He is very thorough, and wonderfully prepared. You can tell that he has thought out what he is going to teach and how the class will flow. We learnt a lot about Bolivian culture and cuisine, and how produce is determined by the different regions of Bolivia. Moisés creates a warm and inviting space for everyone to cook and participate. You even get a visit from Charlie, the most adorable and well behaved Cocker-spaniel. I would definitely recommend this as an activity to do while visiting Sucre.

What a great experience if you like cooking. The kitchen is impeccable and Moisés is passionate about the culture and history of the local food. It was a really fun experience making a salad, main course and cocktail and, of course at the end of the cooking we enjoyed a wonderful meal.
