Fish island

then we will enter the Uyuni salt flat to visit the Incawasi Island or Island of the Giant Cactus.Incawasi Island is located in the center of the salt flat 120 km from Uyuni. This is the main destination for most salt desert tours. It is an extraordinary, otherworldly place, covered with giant, medium and small cacti, a flat white sea of hexagonal salt tiles, populated by stranded vizcachas (Andean rodents) that inhabit its rocky slopes that also offer 360-degree views around. Fish Island or Incawasi is an oasis with a unique and isolated ecosystem that is populated by cacti up to 7 to 10 meters high. Photographers will find Cactus Island to be one of the best sites in the world to satisfy their passion.

Tunupa Volcano

After visiting the island, we will cross about 40 km towards the Tunupa Volcano, at the foot of the volcano on the edge of the salt flat we will visit small groups of flamingos and herds of llamas, later we will go up with the vehicle to the parking platform for vehicles at a height of 4200 m, from here we will walk to the cave of the mummies of this volcano, optional 2 hour walk to the 1st viewpoint, from the viewpoint you will have a panoramic view of the Uyuni salt flat and the crater of this volcano, then return to Uyuni and end of the tour about 1 hour 17:00 pm to 18:00 pm
