It was a fantastic experience. We came in with a little sharpening experience and still learned a lot. On figuring out where the burr is, the angles to keep and how to use the weak hand. Fortunately there were only two of us so I could ask many questions to which I received complete answers. Highly recommended for everyone.

I took some sharpening lessons on kitchen knives for vegetables and had a lot of fun. He explained the method in detail and introduced the reason and the points in an easy-to-understand way even if it was not only how to sharpen.

A well taught class by our instructor Timothy. You definitely learn what you need to do to get a razor sharp knife. They also start you off with a really dull knife that can hardly cut thru paper and you end up with one that can slice thru a rolled up tube of paper standing on its own. Also picked up a sharpening stone from a nearby recommended shop.
