5.00Alfredo is fantastic! He was able to accommodate my vegan diet and taught be everything i need to know to make refried beans and tortillas. I highly recommend this tour and would go again if I get the chance.

5.00I gave the cooking lesson as a gift to my daughter and husband! After hearing their joy and excitement, I determined that we come back next year I will give it too them again and add myself and granddaughter! Here are some points they shared with me- - Breezy charming kitchen and dining area - Made the most delicious tacos and salsas and even passion fruit margaritas and tortillas (learning about the history of tortilla-making as well their family traditions) -Adjacent to Alfredo and family’s home making it a familial experience. - Alfredo knowledgeable, warm, and multi-lingual/cultural- A real winner!

5.00My family of four had a great time cooking with Alfredo. Our kids are young adults and it's not always easy to find vacation activities that everyone enjoys. Our whole family loved the cooking class and learned new things including local cooking techniques and unique local ingredients. Alfredo got everyone involved in the prep and cooking and kept the atmosphere festive and fun. The food was absolutely delicious and Alfredo was an incredible host.
