The driver (I did not get her name) met us outside baggage claim as we exited, led us to her van, and drove us efficiently to our hotel. I could not ask for anything more.
Driver was late and dropped us at the wrong hotel

Driver wasn’t there when we arrived. We had to look up the phone number and call twice. Waited 15 minutes. When he did arrive he didn’t have our name on a sign and we had trouble finding him. He didn’t talk to us or make any conversation and he dropped us off at the wrong hotel. Fortunately it was on the same block as the correct hotel.
