We are not liable for missed or cancelled flights. If your flight is diverted or cancelled, this is treated as a cancellation from your side. A new booking will be required for any new journey.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
Important: We kindly encourage all passengers to read the full description to ensure they are fully informed about the service. Flight Monitoring We actively monitor your flight in real time. Whether your flight arrives early or is delayed, your driver will adjust accordingly to ensure you are collected on time. Driver Details & Communication Your driver’s name, phone number, and vehicle details will be sent within 12 hours of your scheduled pick-up, via email, text message, or WhatsApp. Please contact us if you have not received these details. For the best experience, we strongly recommend providing a mobile number that is available on WhatsApp or iMessage, as many of our clients have found these channels to be the most reliable way to stay updated. The driver will keep in touch and confirm their exact arrival time. If you use WhatsApp or iMessage, you will receive live updates. Please ensure your phone is switched on after landing to allow smooth coordination. If you encounter any issues, you can always reach the office or driver using the contact details provided. Meeting Points – Heathrow Airport The pick-up location at Heathrow Airport depends on the terminal where your flight lands. Our drivers provide a meet-and-greet service inside the arrivals hall at the designated meeting point for your terminal, holding a board with your name for easy recognition. Each terminal has a designated meeting point to avoid confusion: Terminal 2: WHSmith (Arrivals Hall) Terminal 3: Caffè Nero (Arrivals Hall) Terminal 4: Costa Coffee (Arrivals Hall) Terminal 5: Costa Coffee (Arrivals Hall) If you cannot locate your driver, please remain at the meeting point and call the number provided. Waiting Time Policy We understand that passport control and baggage claim may take time, so our policy allows for generous waiting: Free Waiting Time: 75 minutes from the actual landing time. This includes 60 minutes at the meeting point plus an additional 15 minutes grace. Extended Waiting: If passengers doesn’t show within 75 minutes, extended waiting fees will apply thereafter. Charges are applied per 15-minute slot, depending on the vehicle category: Saloon: £12.50 per 15-minute slot, MPV / Executive: £15.00 per 15-minute slot, Large MPV / Business MPV / Luxury: £17.50 per 15-minute slot. These fees cover parking and driver time. Payment can be made in cash to the driver or by card, via a secure payment link. Communication During Delays: In case of major delays at passport control or baggage reclaim, please notify your driver immediately to avoid confusion. No-Show: If after 90 minutes from landing the passenger is uncontactable or fails to show up to the meeting point, the booking will be classified as a no-show, and a refund will not be possible. Meet & Greet & Luggage Assistance Your driver will meet you at the designated point, assist with your luggage, and escort you to the vehicle. Assistance is provided for both loading and unloading to ensure a comfortable experience. Service Coverage This service is valid one-way between Heathrow Airport and Central London. Please note that our standard pick-up and drop-off service covers Central London only. Locations in North-East, East, and South-East London fall outside this area and may be subject to an additional fee. If you are unsure whether your address qualifies, we kindly recommend contacting us in advance for confirmation and pricing. Luggage Allowance Our fleet is designed to accommodate both passengers and their luggage comfortably. Allowances per vehicle type are: Saloon: Up to 2 passengers, 2 large/medium suitcases + 2 carry-ons. MPV : Up to 4 passengers, 4 large/medium suitcases + 4 carry-ons. Large MPV: Up to 6 passengers, 6 large/medium suitcases + 6 carry-ons. Executive: Up to 2 passengers, 2 large/medium suitcases + 2 carry-ons. Luxury: Up to 2 passengers, 2 large/medium suitcases + 2 carry-ons. Each passenger may also bring one personal item, such as a handbag or backpack. Oversized Luggage: Items such as surfboards, golf clubs, or bicycles may not fit in standard vehicles. Please inform us in advance so we can recommend a suitable vehicle. If your total luggage exceeds the allowance for your booked vehicle, an upgrade to a larger vehicle will be mandatory for comfort and safety. It is therefore very important that you inform us of the exact number and size of your bags in advance. Please read the luggage information carefully, as sending an unsuitable vehicle may result in your luggage not fitting. Service Limitations We are not liable for missed or cancelled flights. If your flight is cancelled or diverted, this will be treated as a cancellation by the passenger, and a new booking will be required. Gratuities are not included in the fare and remain at your discretion. Please note that last-minute bookings are subject to availability, and confirmation will depend on driver and vehicle allocation at the time of request. Our driver, Bogdan, tracked our flight and even though we landed almost an hour early, he met us within 5 minutes of collecting our luggage and got us to our hotel as promptly as possible given the traffic.

I booked a car to pick us up at 13:00 through Viator with [email protected]. Our flight was due to arrive at 11:55 am so I computed an hour to pick up luggage and go through any other necessities. Our driver was super but I received a call while traveling to our destination. The office informed me that I would be charged an extra £40. on top of the $148 US that I had paid upon reservation. The explanation was that our plane had arrived early and they initiate the charge upon landing. I explained that we arrived early then sat on the tarmac because there were no free gates which took about 30 min. A gate never opened so they called for buses to take us to the terminal. The buses arrived separately. Our plane was a completely full airbus. We got on the 3rd bus. When we met our driver it was about 13:10. I assumed I might have a late charge. Why, I asked did I even have to schedule a pick up time? It was immaterial. After expressing my displeasure he lowered the fee to £30. I felt it was an unjust charge and am writing to let anyone who books with the company to completely understand that the time you ask to be picked up doesn't matter since they track the flight arrival whether you have met the driver or not.

This company is very responsive and accommodating. Our trip was delayed and rescheduled on the day we were supposed to travel. Even though, we were within the 24 hour cancellation window, they rescheduled our pick up at no charge. Andrei, our driver, was prompt and very polite. Highly recommend
