What To Expect
This product is valid one way from either Heathrow Airport or Central London. We contact the passenger through any available type of communication to confirm their booking details, if necessary. We can adjust the pick-up time and location at the customer's request. We make sure that the driver will have enough time to arrive at the time set to pick up the client. We are sending you the driver's details and phone number (via email, text message or Whatsapp) to make sure you can contact them at any time if necessary. Please contact us if you didn't received your driver details. When picking up from the airport, the driver will wait for the passenger in the arrivals area with his name written on the name board. The driver will be in contact with the customer and will inform them exactly what time he will arrive at the pick-up location. Our meet-and-greet service includes luggage handling, with a direct support to your vehicle and assistance with loading and unloading your bags. Free pick-up waiting time up to 15 minutes from Central London pickup. If you use WhatsApp, the driver will inform you in real time of his arrival time to pick you up. Punctual Pickup: Ensuring the driver arrives promptly at the designated pick-up location. Driver Details: Providing the customer with our driver's details and contact number for convenience and communication. Communication with Customer: The driver maintains contact with the customer, providing precise arrival times at the pick-up location. Gratitude at Journey's End: At the end of your journey, please send us a review on the TripAdvisor or Viator platform to share your experience with other travellers. 5.00First of all, British Airways lost our luggage. However, Gabriel stayed in constant contact with us and we were late to our pick up time. He was so patient and understanding. We had a lovely and comfortable ride to our hotel and the conversation was great too. We were hot and stressed out and he blasted the a/c for us. We highly recommend using this service. Gabriel was amazing.

3.00I scheduled an airport pickup through the Viator app for 12:40 PM, knowing my father’s flight was due to arrive at 12:20 PM. I allowed time for customs and relied on the 65 minute buffer shown in the booking. At 1:00 PM, I received a message saying I would be charged a late fee, even though it was only 20 minutes past my scheduled time. When I reached out to support to clarify, I was told the pickup was based on the flight arrival time, not the time I scheduled. This was never clearly communicated in the reservation details, and I even shared a screenshot to show that. Despite the confusion, the pickup itself went smoothly and the driver was professional and polite.

5.00This worked well for us. Our driver was punctual and knowledgeable. There was an accident blocking terminals 1-3 so he quickly asked us if we’d like to go to 5 to take the train over. It allowed us to catch our flight.
