Totally enjoyed our day to Split via Plitvice. Sanja was very knowledgeable and passionate about her country. Gave interesting commentary about Croatia, the language. We enjoyed our energetic walk through the Lakes & Waterfalls.

The tour guide was rushing our group to keep up with a time clock and when it was obvious to her that I was not moving fast enough, she recommended that I stay behind and instead take a bus which did not allow me the full experience of the park. It should be more transparent that if you are not able to "keep up" that you should not book this tour, instead I ended up feeling like I was being discriminated against as well as not getting what I paid for. The concept of the transfer getting from Zagreb to Split was the only positive for me.

This transfer tour was so convenient for us and made our trip so much easier. Our tour guide, Dado, was absolutely amazing. He gave us lots of info and history of every place we passed by while driving to the Plitsvice Lake NP. The hike around the lake was outstanding. So much beauty in one hike. We would totally do it again!

What a wonderful trip!! Our guide and our driver (Peter and Peter) were fabulous. Our guide Peter gave us lots of great information about the park and at the end of the tour he checked with every family to make sure we were able to get off the bus close to each of our hotels. The tour was the perfect pace for our intergenerational group-slow enough for my father to walk slow and not be uncomfortable and take pictures but fast pace enough for the kids to not get bored. There were appropriate snack, water, bathroom, and lunch break. The flow and planning was fabulous. And the park was so beautiful! One of the must sees if you come to Croatia. This trip took all the stress of planning off my plate. If you want to do more intense hiking, you should go on your own. But if you just want to relax and see the beauty this trip is for you. Great for intergenerational groups as long as all members are ambulatory. Just do! Again, our guides Igor and Peter and our driver Peter made all the difference in the world. So friendly and really welcoming!
