5.00We hired kings tour group for airport /cruise terminal round trip, in November 2025. Luana was our booking agent and she was amazing, super responsive and professional. She answered every email quickly and throughly. A few hours before our flight to Portugal, the cruise line changed the ports of call which now included an extra day in Lisbon. Luana came to our rescue- she planned an amazing day trip to Sintra and casais, all in a comfortable handicap accessible Mercedes. Samuel was our driver for every leg of the trip- he met us at the airport on time with a clean vehicle. He came to where we were so I was not running around a terminal looking for a man with a sign. During the trips, he stayed close by and was easily reachable by what’s app, showing his location so I would always be able to find him. After our cruise ended, Samuel took us around Belém and to the Christ the king monument before making sure we arrived to the airport on time. Samuel and Luana are assets to kings group tours. I would highly recommend kings group if you are planning a trip to Lisbon, both for tours as well as airport transfer!

His service was professional and timely. I used the service to and from airport as well as for transportation to Sintra. Samuel offered recommendations and guidance! On the day of the transfer, everything was timely arranged, with the driver waiting for me, helping with the bags and driving me safely. The car was modern, clean and extremely comfortable — the perfect position to rest or work during the journey.
