5.00I booked a shuttle to pick us up from our accommodation in Mont Dore and deliver us to La Tontouta International Airport. The shuttle driver arrived promptly on time to pick us up. The bags were put in the van and we all travelled comfortably in a modern clean shuttle. There was no stress as everything ran smoothly. Thank you for a great service by the driver and company.

4.00We decided to go by shuttle bus from the airport and by this option to the airport to ensure we got there with no stress. The driver arrived a little late (5 mins), but this was due to a traffic accident holding things up and he did message the hotel reception so that was very professional under the circumstances. I love how they picture a Mercedes, but what you actually get is a Kia SUV. Even so the car was very nice to travel in and was quite new. I feel that the driver could have been a little more professional in appearance and in the way he drove, but was friendly and courteous, and got us to the airport in good time. I would absolutely recommend this, just don't expect a Mercedes or a corporate cabs experience.
