1.004 minutes ago New If you schedule a pickup.at MBJ beware that the pickup is.only INSIDE of the airport, which is not stipulated anywhere in the reservation. Due to this lack of information, we came outside of the building and were unable to re-enter. In top of the booking fee, we had to pay for a cab to get to our hotel. ALL of the representatives we encountered (both at the airport and at RIU) were not helpful and we had to approach them multiple times while on vacation. If you can use another company for ground transportation, please do.

5.00We want to give Yanique, our Nexus Tour rep high praise for making sure all our tranfers went smoothly and booked tours went as they should. She communicated frequently with us and even stayed late one day(in her already long day) to make sure our tours bus came. She was also always lovely to deal with and is obviously a great employee!

1.00Do not book with this company. Very unprofessional… I purchased a roundtrip transfer for my family and I and it was a disaster. From landing and checking in at the airport Nexus counter and waiting a hour for the private transport, to the company setting their own time for pick up for the transport back to the airport. I’ve literally been messaging and calling because I never set a 7:45am pick up for my 2:00pm flight home. I had to purchase a whole other transport from Negril to MBJ then after finally talking to a representative he says nothing but you can send a email and hang up in my face. Highly do not recommend this company it needs to be shut down and investigated for fraud.

1.00Me and my family will never book again with nexus, we were scammed by drivers, they were supposed to pick us up at the hotel, when first bus arrived they said that we were on the next bus, when that bus came almost 1h later, he said that we wasnt on the list and wanted 80$ cash to take us to the airport even though we showing confirmation and proof of booking. I ended up taking a taxi, almost missing my flight. The sad part is that nexus blame me for it becase my hotel had 2 lobbys and I didn’t call to let them know, but both of their bus went to both lobby. Safe your money their driver will scammed you and nexus wont do anything about it.

2.00We stayed at the Royalton Negril and arranged for private transfer back to the airport with Nexus. We arrived at the airport safely, in plenty of time and in a comfortable minivan. This was not an issue. The issue was that we were picked up way too early. Our flight was at 8:30PM and the trip, if all is well, is about 90 minutes. We were picked up at 2:45PM. We had heard that there could be a lot of traffic so we assumed the early pickup was related to traffic. It was not. The early pickup was so the driver could take us to his friends' stores to buy souvenirs. He was a pro at finding us exactly what he thought we needed to buy. After a week where there was a fair bit of rain, an extra hour or two at the resort would have been appreciated. The sales pressure and early pick up were not. We won't be using this service again.

5.00Efficient service provided by Nexus. Upon arrival to the airport it was easy to allocate their service desk and the staff and the driver was very friendly throughout. Upon departure from the hotel back to the hotel- it was efficient and prompt service provided they were ahead of schedule and welcoming throughout. Will recommend their airport transport services for the reliability and good value for money offered.
