5.00Samantha was early for pickup and waited patiently for us, had an array of booster seats and car seats available for my kids, was extremely professional AND she parked at CDG and WALKED US IN TO THE PROPER CHECK IN while still helping with our bags AND brought me to the tax refund area and helped me process my VAT refunds. She was SO kind and helpful. I did not expect such a full service at all, and was so grateful.

5.00Cannot agree how wonderful our transfer was. She texted with me before and suggested a departure time, which was important given the VAT line and the immigration line. She arrived on time and came in to the hotel to collect us and ALL of our bags. Our family of four with luggage for six fit comfortably in the van. On the way to the airport we had a few minutes to spare and since we had not seen Sacre Cœur she made a quick stop for us (a mini tour if you will). Upon arrival to the airport she parked and helped us with luggage and our VAT returns. Then she ushered us to check in. A wonderful last experience in Paris!

5.00Samamtha Travels does a wonderful job. Great communication with me the day prior to travelling to Paris from the US. I was then contacted again shortly after landing (which I very much appreciate). My mother and I were on separate flights coming in at different times from different airport exits and the team did a great job helping me determine where best to be picked up. The driver was well dressed, prompt and standing at the gate when the later separate flight arrived. We were escorted from the gate, through the airport to our very clean and comfortable car....and just happened to come across Samantha (the owner) who welcomed us to Paris. This was my mother's first trip outside of the United States and I enjoyed seeing how special she felt being treated so regally. Thank you!

5.00CALL HER! We have flown to many countries over the years and almost always have a driver meet us at the airport. Samantha is by far the best we have ever used! Great communications prior to our arrival in Paris. At CDG she spotted us right away and whisked us thru the crowds to a convenient parking spot and her well maintained spacious Mercedes van stocked with water. She is very personable, fluent in both French and English and my whole family (wife, daughter and 2 young grandchildren) felt very safe and comfortable during our 45 minute ride to our AirBNB. It was raining and cold when we arrived at 7am and since our AirBNB wasn't ready yet, Samantha was gracious enough to take us to Carrette's for breakfast while she waited with our luggage in the van. This was when we realized that Samantha was truly one of a kind. Over the next 6 weeks, we used her several more times to transport us and other family members who came to visit and each time, Samantha went above and beyond to provide more than just a ride. She even helped my wife with the VAT refund process! By the end of our trip she felt like part of our family! Call her for all your travel needs...you will NOT be disappointed!!
