5.00Our pickup and ride from the airport to Paris was great. Jackson was helpful & friendly! He was early and patiently waited for us while we were waiting for my “lost” mother who was taken through customs etc. via wheelchair. I would highly recommend utilizing Samantha Travels transportation!

I made a mistake with our pickup date, realizing it at 5 AM—Samantha answered immediately, fixed everything without hesitation, and had a driver (shoutout to Jackson!) waiting with a warm welcome and helping hands. Total lifesaver. But it didn’t stop there. On our way out of Paris, Samantha picked us up herself—early, gracious, and patient. When she found out we needed to process VAT refunds, she parked her car, walked us in, helped us navigate the chaos, even assisted strangers. Who does that? She stayed until we were fully sorted before rushing off to greet her next guests. This was more than transportation—it was next-level hospitality. Thoughtful, reliable, truly exceptional service.
