5.00Driver communicated with us via Whatsapp as soon as we landed. He was very patient with us, as we took longer than expected clearing immigration at CDG. He was waiting for us right outside of baggage claim with our name on an electronic board. He was professionally dressed and helped us with our luggage. The car was near by, clean, and comfortable. I highly recommend this car service.

5.00We hired Samantha to transport seven friends from CDG to our hotel in Arrondissement 1. She communicated regularly before we arrived and was waiting for us outside of baggage claim with a sign. Her vehicle was clean and had water for all of us, and before she delivered us to our hotel she took time to give us a tour of central Paris. During the ride, we decided to book her for our return to CDG. At the airport drop off, Samantha even came inside to help us with our VAT refund claims! Samantha went above and beyond, and we will call her hire again when we return to Paris!

5.00I could not be happier with our transfer service experience by Samantha Travels. Our driver was looking for us (not scrolling through their phone like many of the other drivers in the pick up waiting area), assisted with our luggage and adjusted the position of the van to make it easier for my mother to access the passenger area. The drive was uneventful, with our driver masterfully navigating heavy traffic. Would absolutely recommend Samantha Travels.

5.00Samantha's service is professional, friendly, and Samantha herself goes above and beyond! We booked airport transfers from CDG into Paris and back. Our driver on the way in was so friendly and a great welcome to Paris. On our ride home, Samantha offered to stop by Mont Martre, an area we hadn't had time to visit, which was such a treat! I would highly recommend booking with Samantha for any transport needs in/around Paris.
