On booking confirming: travel date & time, number of passengers, pick up & drop off addresses, lead passenger's name and contact number (possible with WhatsApp account), if applies flight details/embarkation-/disembarkation times, child seat/booster requirements, amount of lugagge. Detailing pick up point. 2. Responding for all inquires between booking time and travel date. 3. Exchange messages a day before travel date to confirm everything goes ahead as planned. 4. On travel date sending car's location (via WhatsApp) and welcome message (if applicable). 5. Meet & greet as pre agreed.
