What To Expect
NOTE: This service is available for Playa Bonita and Gamboa locations only. NOT available for Playa Blanca resorts. - During the booking process, please provide us with your flight information so we can track it and get to know any delays about it. - Start time is based on your arrival time - After clearing customs, meet our driver inside the terminal, next to the tourist information desk. - You will identify our driver because he or she will hold a sign within your name. - The transfer to your resort is about 60 minutes. - Clean, insured vehicles and professional drivers. - Traffic is expected between 6 am and 9 am during the week. - Available from 5:00 am to 9:00 pm at the offered rate. Late-night or early-morning reservations will be subject to an additional 25% - We are not responsible for delays caused by the airline or adverse weather conditions. - We reserve the right to modify these terms without prior notice. ONE-WAY PICKUP RESERVATION: - Each reservation includes the pickup of a single vehicle for a group of passengers arriving on the same flight. - If passengers arrive on separate flights, the reservation will consider the arrival time of the last flight, up to a maximum of 2 flights. Any additional arrivals will require an extra reservation. - In case of flight delays, the vehicle will wait for the arrival of the last flight registered in the reservation. ROUND-TRIP RESERVATION: - Round-trip reservations include the pickup of two vehicles: one for arrival and one for departure. - For arrival, if passengers arrive on separate flights, the arrival time of the last flight will be considered, up to a maximum of 2 flights. - For departure, all passengers must be present at the same pickup location. Any variations will require an additional reservation. - In case of flight delays for arrival, the vehicle will wait for the arrival of the last flight registered in the reservation. IMPORTANT: If you are bringing extra luggage (more than 1 suitcase + 1 carry-on per person) or traveling with special baggage (like golf bags, surfboards, fishing gear, etc) please let us know in advance. Please take into consideration our cars are standard-sized and since a bigger vehicle is required, additional fees may apply. Just one transportation per booking. If your group is divided and you need another driver, an additional booking will be required.

5.00I arrived in Panama on Wednesday, 3/25/26 and my suggested p/u time was 4p due to a 145p arrival; however, going through Customs was breezy and I had checked through with luggage by 230p. I contacted the Agent and noted I was ready to be picked up, and the most kind and professional driver was there within minutes to get me. Not only that; I left my jacket in the provider's car and after calling Viator to report; Viator contacted the provider, who confirmed I left in his car. The good news is, Viator confirmed my jacket would be returned the next day (Thursday) and it was returned as promised. The service offered by Viator is impeccable!

5.00They were GREAT and SO accommodating. My flight was VERY delayed, 7hrs to be exact. So, we landed after midnight as opposed to 5pm. They held a druver over to be able to pick us up after hours to deliver us safely to our hotel. I was so at ease arriving with my daughter and NOT worrying sbout fighting through the "TAXI" lanes.

5.00My friends and I visited Panama City and Gamboa for four days. We booked all our transportation with Castacorp and extra tour to an Embera village. The drivers and guides were all excellent. We communicated through WhatsApp and it was very easy. Highly recommend. We felt like we had a great and well rounded experience. Carlos and Dan were excellent!
