1.00I combined a transfer from Porto de Colon to Playa Blanca for hj 10h in the morning, when I contacted to know how we would meet, I was informed that initially they would only arrive around 11:30 and then said that not before 12:30. Complete disagreement with the client. We had to cancel and get another when we left the ship. What was to be a comfortable landing, turned into a boring situation, as I was with a suitcase and 3 elderly
