What To Expect
Once the reservation is confirmed, the day and flight number on which the client is traveling is followed up. Upon arrival at the airport, the client is greeted with the respective sign with their name, the driver formally introduces himself and offers help with their suitcases to go to the bus, they are offered a drink when they arrive at the bus, they are offered bathroom or food services before starting the trip, the client decides if they need any of the services offered, when they arrive at the destination they proceed. Help with the suitcases and say goodbye to the client.

5.00Reservations were made via WhatsApp text. Pepe was prompt and responsive confirming all of the details for each reservation. He followed through with confirmation before the arrivals. Reservations were for roundtrips from Liberia to Samara. Drivers for both trips were courteous, friendly and very knowledgeable ofthe area and answered our questions along the route. I definitely recommend Pepe Transfer!

5.00I had a flight to return home and was scheduled to leave at 8:30. I requested a later pick up and they agreed. I had an extra 1/2 hour to enjoy Costa Rica and I did! My driver , Juan Carlos, arrived before 9:00 and waited for me. He graciously put my bags in the trunk and helped me in the van. We began talking and he was so friendly and happy to answer my questions. We talked the whole ride. It was part of the vacation. I highly recommend Pepe Transfer Costa Rica.

5.00I used Pepe Transfer shuttle both directions on this trip: Liberia to Playa Carrillo and Playa Carrillo back to Liberia. Service was excellent and I will use it again next time. Excellent communication via What’s App. Both drivers were early and easy to find. Nice shuttle vans with good air conditioning.
